شناخت عوامل موثر بر توسعه پایدارشهری در شهر مشهد با رویکرد آینده‌پژوهی (مورد مطالعه: مناطق شهری 1 و 2)

با توجه به ‌‌اینکه توسعه‌پایدار در محیط‌های شهری از اهمیت ویژه‌ای برخوردار است،  لذا این مطالعه سعی دارد تا با بهره‌گیری از رویکرد آینده‌پژوهی و با توجه به عوامل مختلف پایداری، به تحلیل این عوامل در قالب یک سیستم در مناطق 1 و 2 شهر مشهد بپردازد. بدین‌منظور، این پژوهش با روش توصیفی - تحلیلی و با استفاده از اسناد، تکمیل پرسشنامه، مصاحبه و تحلیل‌های نرم‌افزاری انجام شده است. بر اساس مطالعات انجام شده گذشته 30 متغیر اولیه پایداری انتخاب شده و در نهایت بر مبنای نظرات 30 کارشناس، شش متغیر کلیدی در ابعاد اقتصادی، اجتماعی_فرهنگی، کالبدی و زیست‌محیطی برای منطقه 1 و شش متغیر کلیدی در ابعاد اقتصادی و کالبدی برای منطقه 2 در ماتریس اثرات متقاطع نرم‌افزار میک‌مک شناسایی شد. در ادامه، پس از تعریف وضعیت‌های مطلوب، میانه و فاجعه برای هریک از متغیرهای کلیدی، از جامعه آماری خواسته شد تا با توجه به شرایط مناطق مورد مطالعه، به تاثیرگذاری هر یک از این وضعیت‌ها بر یکدیگر در بازه 3- تا 3 بپردازند تا با استفاده از نرم‌افزار سناریو ویزارد به تحلیل الگوهای پیش‌روی مناطق مورد مطالعه پرداخته شود. نتایج حاصل از این تحلیل، یک سناریو مطلوب و یک سناریو فاجعه را برای منطقه 1 و پنج سناریو مطلوب، یک سناریو میانه و یک سناریو فاجعه را برای منطقه 2 پیش‌بینی می‌کند که در صورت عدم تحقق سناریو اول که مطلوب‌ترین آینده پیش‌روی هر منطقه است، تحقق سناریو میانه که در واقع همان وضعیت فعلی و سناریو فاجعه که تخریب و کاهش عوامل پایداری است، دنبال خواهد شد. همچنین اگرچه پایداری نهادی نقش کلیدی در پایداری مناطق ندارد، اما به شدت بر سایر متغیرهای پایداری تاثیرگذار است. با توجه به نتایج تحلیل ماتریس اثرات متقاطع، ابعاد کالبدی، اجتماعی - فرهنگی، اقتصادی و زیست‌محیطی در پایداری منطقه 1 و ابعاد کالبدی و اقتصادی در پایداری منطقه 2 نقش کلیدی ایفا می‌کنند.

Applying a Futuristic Approach to Understand the Factors Affecting Sustainable Urban Development in Mashhad (Case Study: Disticts 1 and 2)

Emphasizing the importance of sustainable urban development, the present study analyzes the futuristic approach and various factors of sustainability in the form of a system in districts one and two of Mashhad. The research follows a descriptiveanalytical method using documents, questionnaires, interviews and software analysis. Based on previous studies, 30 initial variables of sustainability were selected and then based on the opinions of 30 experts, six key variables in economic, sociocultural, physical and environmental dimensions for district 1 and six key variables in economic and physical dimensions for district 2 in the impact matrix MICMAC software crossover was identified. Then, after defining the favorable, mediocre and catastrophic situations for each of the key variables, the experts were asked to consider the effects of situations on each other in the range of 3 to 3 with regards to conditions of the studied districts in order  to use the SCENARIO WIZARD software for analyzing the present patterns of the studied areas. The results of this analysis predict a favorable scenario and a catastrophic scenario for district 1 and five favorable scenarios, a middle scenario and a catastrophic scenario for district 2. If the first scenario, which is the most favorable future for the progress of each district, is not realized, the middle scenario, which is in fact the current situation, and the catastrophic scenario, which is the destruction and reduction of sustainable factors, will be pursued. Although institutional sustainability does not play a key role in the sustainability of districts, but it strongly affects other variables of sustainability. According to the results of matrix analysis of crosseffects, physical, sociocultural, economic and environmental dimensions play a key role in the sustainability of district one, and physical and economic dimensions play a key role in the stability of district two.
