پیش‌‏بینی نشانگان ایمپاستر در دانشجویان دختر بر اساس سرمایۀ روان‌شناختی و معنویت‌‏گرایی

سابقه و هدف: نشانگان ایمپاستر که شیوع نسبتاً بالایی در دانشجویان دارد با پیامدهای متعدد اجتماعی، روانی و اقتصادی همراه است. ازاین‌رو، پژوهش حاضر با هدف پیش‏بینی نشانگان ایمپاستر در دانشجویان بر اساس سرمایۀ روان‌شناختی و معنویت‏گرایی انجام شد.روش کار: این پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است. جامعۀ آماری تمامی دانشجویان دختر دانشگاه پیام‏نور مرکز اسلام‌آباد غرب در سال تحصیلی 1400-1399 بود که از میان آنان با روش نمونه‌گیری دردسترس تعداد 202 نفر انتخاب شدند و به پرسش‌نامه‌های ایمپاستر،  معنویت‏گرایی و  سرمایۀ روان‌شناختی پاسخ دادند. تحلیل داده‏ها با شاخص‏های آمار توصیفی، ضریب همبستگی و رگرسیون چندگانه انجام شد. در این پژوهش همۀ موارد اخلاقی رعایت شده است و مولفان مقاله تضاد منافعی گزارش نکرده‌اند.یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد بین نمرۀ کل سرمایۀ روان‌شناختی (0.607-=r و 0.014=p) و هر یک از ابعاد آن شامل خودکارآمدی (0.21-=r و 0.002=p)، خوش‏بینی (0.17-=r و 0.004=p)، تاب‏آوری (0.10-=r و 0.004=p) و امید (0.11-=r و 0.005=p) با نشانگان ایمپاستر در دانشجویان دختر همبستگی منفی و معناداری وجود داشت. این ارتباط بین نمرۀ کل معنویت‏گرایی (0.498-=r و 0.008=p) و ابعاد خودآگاهی (0.10-=r و 0.014=p)، عقاید معنوی (0.07-=r و 0.016=p)، فعالیت معنوی (0.05-=r و 0.022=p) و نیاز معنوی (0.05-=r و 0.013=p) نیز معکوس و معنادار بود. علاوه‌براین، ضرایب رگرسیون نشان داد که متغیّرهای پیش‏بین با هم 39% از واریانس نشانگان ایمپاستر را تبیین کردند.نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به یافته‌های پژوهش، پیشنهاد می‏شود در مراکز آموزشی و شغلی به‏منظور ارتقای کیفیت تحصیلی و روان‏شناختی اعضا، علاوه‌بر بهبود سرمایۀ روانی به نقش معنویت و سازه‏های اسلامی نیز بیشتر توجه گردد.

prediction of impaster syndrome in female students based on psychological capital and spirituality

background and objective: impaster syndrome, which has a relatively high prevalence in students, is associated with numerous social, psychological and economic consequences. therefore, this study was conducted with the aim of prediction of impaster syndrome in female students based on psychological capital and spirituality. methods: the research design was correlational. all female students of payame noor university in the center of islamabad-e-gharb made up the population of this study, out of whom 202 were selected by available sampling method, they answered imposter, spiritualism, and psychological capital questionnaires. data analysis was performed using descriptive statistics, correlation coefficient and multiple regression. in this study, all the ethical considerations were observed and the authors reported no conflict of interests. results: the results showed a significant negative correlation between the total score of psychological capital (r=-0.60, p=0.014) and also each of its dimensions including self-efficacy (r=-0.21, p=0.002), optimism (r=-0.17, p=0.004), resilience (r=-0.10, p=0.004) and hope (r=-0.11, p=0.005) with impaster syndrome in female students. there was also an inverse and significant relationship between the total score related to spiritualism (r=-0.49, p=0.008) and the dimensions of self-awareness (r=0-.10, p=0.014), spiritual beliefs (r=-0.07, p=0.016), spiritual activity (r=-0.05, p=0.022) and spiritual need (r=-0.05, p=0.013). regression coefficients also showed that the predictor variables together explained 39% of the variance in impaster syndrome. conclusion: according to the results, it is suggested that more attention be paid to the role of spirituality and islamic structures to improve the educational and psychological quality of members in educational and professional centers, besides improving psychological capital.
