روایت اسنادی روابط فرهنگی ایران و چین در دوره پهلوی

در حالی که پیشینه روابط فرهنگی ایران و چین بسیار دیرینه است، پس از انقلاب کمونیستی چین در سال 1328ش. به علت هراس دولت ایران از گسترش کمونیسم در ایران و ضربه هایی که به خصوص در دوران جنگ دوم جهانی از اتحاد جماهیر شوروی سوسیالیستی خورده بود، روابط ایران و چین کمونیست به حالت تعلیق در آمد. سال ها بعد، در پی برقراری روابط دوستانه ایران و اتحاد شوروی و بسط روزافزون روابط اقتصادی و فرهنگی دو کشور، هراس از سلطه ایدئولوژیکی کمونیست فروریخت که نتیجه مستقیم آن برقراری روابط فرهنگی احتیاط‌آمیز بین ایران و چین بود. در نتیجه در 20 آبان 1336 نخستین موافقتنامه فرهنگی میان دولت ایران و دولت جمهوری چین کمونیست به امضاء رسید. بر اساس این موافقتنامه روابط فرهنگی، آموزشی، علمی، فنی، هنری و ورزشی میان دو کشور در دوره پهلوی شکل گرفت. این روابط تا 31 خرداد 1357 همزمان با اوج گیری انقلاب اسلامی ادامه داشت که با به وجود آمدن شرایط جدید سیاسی در ایران، به فراموشی سپرده شد. این مقاله با استفاده از اسناد آرشیو ملی ایران و با شیوه تحقیق اسنادی تحلیلی در صدد شناسایی وجوه مترتب بر روابط فرهنگی ایران و چین طی دوران پهلوی و تحلیل نوع و نتایج حاصل از این روابط میان دو کشور است.

A Documentbased Narrative of SinoIranian Relations in Pahlavi Era

While IranChina relations stretch far back in history, in the wake of the Chinese Communist Revolution in 1949 Iran suspended its relations with China as Iran feared the expansion of Communism, furthermore, the bitter memories of USSR interventions during the Second World War still rankled. Years later, as Iran and the USSR commenced amical relations cultural and economic ties expanded, as a result of which,  the frightening image of a communist takeover was shattered, which, led to restrained cultural relations between Iran and China bearing fruit on 20 November 1957 with the signing of the first cultural agreement between the two countries. This agreement provided for the promoting of cultural, educational, scientific, technical, artistic and sport relations during the Pahlavi period.These relations continued well until 21 June 1978 when the Islamic revolutionary zeal climaxed and the ensuing political ambience pushed these relations into oblivion. The current article has benefited from archived documents at the National Library of Iran and has used archivalanalytical research method to shed light on different aspects of SinoIranian cultural relations during the Pahlavi era and analyze the outcome of the relations for the two countries.
