چکیده
|
اهمیت راهبردی و تجاری خلیج فارس از آغاز قرن سیزدهم هجری قمری/ نوزدهم میلادی زمینه توجه و حضور کشورهای اروپایی را در این منطقه فراهم کرد. از اواخر این قرن، با تغییر رویکرد آلمان در نظام بینالملل، این کشور در نقشه سیاسی خود به خلیج فارس توجه کرد و در صدد برآمد که در منطقه غرب آسیا از جمله خلیج فارس در برابر انگلستان نفوذ خود را افزایش دهد؛ بنابر این، در پی یافتن راههای جدید از طریق تاسیس شرکتهای آلمانی در کرانههای خلیج فارس برای نفوذ اقتصادی برآمد. با وقوع نهضت مشروطه و دوره پس از آن، آلمانیها خطوط متعدد کشتیرانی بهمنظور جابهجایی کالاهای تجاری دو کشور بین بندر هامبورگ و جزایر و بندرهای خلیج فارس دایر کردند و فعالیت تجاریشان نسبت به قدرتهای دیگر به اوج رسید. مسئله اصلی این مقاله، راهبرد تجاری آلمان در خلیج فارس با هدف نفوذ و کسب امتیاز و چگونگی مواجهه با دیگر قدرتهای اروپایی در دوره پهلوی اول است. بهتبع آن پرسش اصلی پژوهش، چگونگی اتخاذ این راهبرد، سازوکار و نتایج آن است. هدف مقاله حاضر، بررسی رویکرد آلمان در اواخر قرن نوزدهم و اوایل قرن بیستم در باره ایران و خلیج فارس با تاکید بر فعالیتهای تجاری است. این مقاله با روش پژوهش تاریخی و شیوه توصیفی- تحلیلی و بهرهمندی از منابع تاریخی و اسناد وزارت امور خارجه انجام شده است. یافتههای پژوهش نشان میدهد که آلمانیها در دوره پهلوی اول جهت نفوذ سیاسی با در اختیار گرفتن سهمی از تجارت در برابر دیگر قدرتهای جهانی از راهبرد تاسیس شرکتهای تجاری در ایران بهره بردهاند.

germany’s commercial strategy in the persian gulf during the first pahlavi period (1925-1941)

Abstract
|
