نامه‌های دیپلماتیک ایران با همسایگان در دوره صفوی (بررسی و تحلیل نسخه خطی مکاتیب مختلفه)

مکاتیب مختلفه به مثابه یک اثر منشآتی، مجموعه‌ای از نامه‌های دیپلماتیک ایران در عصر صفوی را با قلمروهای سیاسی مجاور آن در بر می‌گیرد. این مجموعه که توسط محمدصالح، برادرزاده اسکندربیک منشی در عصر فرمانروایی شاه عباس دوم گردآوری شده، 149 نامه دیپلماتیک را شامل می‌شود که هر کدام از این نامه‌ها، ابعاد و زوایای گوناگونی از اصول حاکم بر مناسبات دیپلماتیکِ ایران عصر صفوی در سطح منطقه‌‌ای را نمایان می‌سازد. سوال مقاله حاضر این است که دسته‌بندی نامه‌های دیپلماتیک موجود در مکاتیب مختلفه، چه ابعاد و زوایایی از اصول حاکم بر مناسبات دیپلماتیک منطقه‌ای ایران در دوره صفوی را نشان می‌دهد؟ یافته‌های پژوهش بر مبنای روش توصیفی- تحلیلی نشان می‌دهد که دسته‌بندی نامه‌های مکاتیب مختلفه، الگوهای دیپلماتیکی را نمایان می‌سازد که در قالب قلمروهای سیاسی کوچک و بزرگ، هویت فرستنده و گیرنده نامه‌ها و همچنین زبان رایج دیپلماتیک قابلیت طرح دارند. بر مبنای این الگوهای سه‌گانه در مکاتیب مختلفه، ضمن کسب آگاهی از تبادل نامه‌های مختلف بین صفویان با حلقه همسایگان شرقی و غربی، میزان اثرگذاری نیروهای سیاسی و حتی مذهبی در سیاست خارجی ایران عصر صفوی نیز نمایان می‌شود. از طرفی، در بستر تبادل این نامه‌ها، زبان فارسی به عنوان حلقه ارتباطی بین صفویان با همسایگانشان ایفای نقش می‌کرده است.

diplomatic correspondence of iran with neighbors during safavid era (studying and analyzing the manuscript of makatib mokhtalefeh)

abstractmakatib mokhtalefeh , as an epistolary work, is a compilation of diplomatic letters  of the safavid iran with the adjacent  poltical territories.  this collection, compiled by mohammad saleh, nephew of iskandarbeig monshi, was collected during the reign of  shah abbas ii, includes 149 diplomatic letters, each of sheds light on the rules governing the safavid iran diplomatic ties at the regional level. the question here in this paper is that: what dimensions and angels of the governing rules on the iranian regional diplomatic relations do the diplomatic letters are revealed through the classification of letters existent in the makatib mokhtalefeh? the findings of the research are based on the descriptive-analytical method, that reveal the classification of the letters in the makatib mokhtalefeh, which in the form of small and large political entities, show the identity of the senders and receivers of the letters as well as the diplomatic language current in the letters. based on the triple models in the makatib mokhtalefeh, while becoming informed of exchange of various letters between the safavids with the circle of the eastern and western neighbors, the amount of influence of the political and even religious forces in the safavid iran is shown. besides, against the backdrop of exchange of these letters, the persian language has served as the linking piece between the safavids and the neighbors.
