جایگاه اجاره بندرعباس در روابط امام مسقط و حکومت مرکزی ایران در اوائل دوره قاجار

بررسی موضوع اجاره‌داری بندرعباس در دوره قاجاریه نقشی مهم در شناخت سنت‌های دیوان‌سالاری ایرانی در منطقه خلیج‌فارس و تعاملات ساحل نشینان سواحل شمالی و جنوبی با حکومت قاجار دارد. بررسی این موضوع، برای روشن شدن ماهیت مناسبات تاریخی ایران و ساحل‌نشینان سواحل جنوبی خلیج‌فارس و تبیین روابط و تعاملات میان عناصر ایرانی و عرب در منطقه خلیج‌فارس ضروری می‌نماید. بررسی‌های تاریخی در باب اجاره بندرعباس نشان دهنده نوعی همراهی امام مسقط با حکومت قاجار است که در منابع کمتر به آنها اشاره شده و امروزه در برخی تالیفات فارسی و عربی با تعابیری دیگر از آن یاد می‌شود. تحول در مناسبات منطقه‌ای با توجه به قدرت روزافزون انگلستان و بازماندن حکومت قاجار از تحولات جدید مانع اتخاذ سیاستی کارآمد شد و با بروز اختلافات، موضوع بندرعباس به تدریج موجب اختلال در تعاملات خانواده بوسعید و حکومت مرکزی شد. این مقاله با رویکردی تحلیلی، ضمن بررسی ماهیت اجاره‌داری بندرعباس و نقش آن در تعاملات بوسعید و حکمرانان محلی، به دنبال پاسخ به این پرسش اساسی است که موضوع اجاره بندرعباس، تا چه حد ماهیت مناسبات حکومت قاجار و امام مسقط را منعکس می‌کند؟

The Lease of Bandar Abbas : Implications for Mutual Relations between Imam of Muscat and the Central Government of Iran in theEarlyQajarPeriod

Studying the lease of Bandar Abbas in Qajar era is integral to understanding Iranian bureaucratic traditions in the Persian Gulf region and sheds light on the interactions between northern and southern coast inhabitants with Qajar government. In order to illustrate the nature of historical relations between Iran and the inhabitants of the southern coast of the Persian Gulf and better understand the ArabIranian interactions, itis essential to study the Lease of Bandar Abbas. Historical surveys of the Lease of Bandar Abbas is indicative of a harmony of sorts between Imam of Muscat and the Qajars, an issue that has barely been noticed in academic sources, or has been alluded to in a different context in Arabic and Persian language research. Regional relations under went vast developments and Britain's clout in the region intensified, however, Qajars lagged behind and failed to catch up with new developments and were unable to make effective policies. Under these circumstances, tensions broke and the issue of Bandar Abbas gradually became a source of tension for BuSaeid Family and the central government. The current paper has employed an analytical approach to study the nature of Bandar Abbas Lease and asses its importance for Bu Saeid's interactions with local rulers, thereby finding answer to this fundamental question: to what extent did the Lease of Bandar Abbas reflected the nature of relations between Qajars and Imam of Muscat?
