ارائه مدل توانمندسازی مدیران مدارس ابتدایی یک پژوهش کیفی

روش‌شناسی مورداستفاده در این مطالعه کیفی از نوع پدیدارشناسی است. جامعه آماری، شامل کلیه مدیران مدارس ابتدایی شهر خرم‌آباد در سال تحصیلی 96-95 بود که تعداد آن‌ها اعم از زن و مرد شامل 142 نفر بودند. در این پژوهش از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند برای انتخاب نفر اول و برای انتخاب سایر افراد از فن گلوله برفی استفاده شد و با توجه به روش اشباع، تعداد افراد مصاحبه‌شونده 20 نفر تعیین شد. مشارکت‌کنندگان 20 نفر از مدیران مجرب و باسابقه مدارس آموزش‌وپرورش استان لرستان بودند. ابزار جمع‌آوری اطلاعات، مصاحبه‌ی نیمه ساختاریافته بود و جهت تحلیل داده‌ها از روش تحلیل محتوا استفاده گردید. در تحلیل یافته‌ها ابتدا با مرور و بازنگری متن مصاحبه‌ها، مفاهیم و عبارات معنی‌دار استخراج شدند؛ در مرحله بعد از تجزیه‌وتحلیل و کدگذاری، یافته‌ها نشان داد که 2 مولفه (عوامل سازمانی و عوامل فردی) بیشترین تاثیر را بر توانمندسازی مدیران مدارس ابتدایی شهر خرم‌آباد دارد. بر این اساس، محقق بر اساس مبانی نظری تحقیق، پیشینه‌ی توانمندسازی و تجزیه‌وتحلیل حاصل از مصاحبه، الگوی توانمندسازی را ارائه نمود.

Am Empowerment Model for Primary School principals of Khorramabad City

Regarding the fact that managers in educational centers are not appointed on the bases of specific criteria and proficiencies and the very fact that majority of them lack required empowerment for handling educational management ;This study aims to provide a model to empower primary school principals in Khorramabad city. The methodology used in this study, is qualitative methodology through phenomenological method .The study population included of all primary school principals the khorramabad city in 95-96 years. The number includes 142 people , both men and woman . To estimate the sample size. The snowball technique was used. Participants in this study include 20 principals having more than 12 years of experience andProvincial Graduate School Administrators in the fieldof education Collecting data tool, was semi-structured interviews and for data analysis. content analysis method was used. In analyzing the findings, the researcher first delved into reviewing and revising the text and content of interviews to extract meaningful expressions and concepts. Then the researcher analyzed, interpreted, and coded The results showed that two factors (organizational factors, and personal factors) have the greatest impact on the empowerment of Khorramabad city’s primary school principals.
