لوازم معرفت‌شناختی مدل «عبد - مولا» در اصول فقه و گذر از آنها با رویکردی صدرایی

امروزه دانشمندان علوم طبیعی می کوشند تا چهره پنهان طبیعت و پدیده های طبیعی را در پرتوی مدل ها نظاره کنند. از سوی دیگر، در ادراک مفاهیم، معرفت و باورهای دینی و همچنین در تفسیر داستان ها و شعائر دینی، مدل ها نقش بسیار زیادی ایفا می کنند. یکی از تمثیل های مطرح در کلام اسلامی و به ویژه در فقه و اصول فقه، به عنوان نمود رابطة انسان با خدا و نمود تصور و تصویر خدا و انسان، تمثیل «عبد مولا» است. استفاده از این مدل دارای مبانی و لوازم معرفت شناختی خاصی است. از مهمترین مبانی مدل «عبد مولا»، تصوّر خدای متشخص انسان وار است. از دیگر لوازم این مدل، تبیین یک امر حقیقی از طریق امری اعتباری است. لازمه دیگر، سلب اختیار انسان است. به علاوه، استفاده از این مدل به عنوان برهان، فراتر رفتن از کاربرد مدل هاست که از حیث معرفت شناسی پذیرفتنی نیست. همچنین لازمه دیگر مدل «عبد مولا» برای تبیین امر الهی، تلقی ذکوریت برای خداوند است.حال چگونه می توان در تکمیل رویکرد کامل تر و دقیق تر به تصور خداوند و انسان در این مدل، گام برداشت؟ چگونه می توان از این لوازم معرفتی گذر کرد؟ جستار حاضر در صدد تبیین این لوازم و این ادعاست که با رویکرد حکمت متعالیه، به ویژه اصول تشکیک وجود، حرکت جوهری و ربط علت و معلول، می توان از لوازم دخیل مدل «عبد مولا» گذر کرد.

The Epistemological Outcomes Of The Model Of “ʿAbd – Mowlā” (Slave & Master) in the Jurisprudence of Fiqh and Passing Them Through Sadrai’s Approach

Nowadays, natural scientists try to look at the hidden faces of nature and natural phenomena in the beam of models. On the other hand, the function of models plays a very important role in understanding concepts, knowledge and religious beliefs, as well as interpreting religious stories and rituals. One of the allegories that has been expressed in Islamic theology and especially in jurisprudence and the principles of jurisprudence, as the manifestation of man’s relationship with God, is the allegory of &ʿAbd – Mowlā” (Slave Master)which can be considered as a model for the image of God and man in this relationship. The use of this model has certain foundations and epistemological outcomes. One of the most important foundations of the &ʿAbd – Moula” model is the perception of the humanoid God. Other outcome of the &ʿAbd – Moula”model is the explanation of a true fact by a nonreal thing. On the other hand, accepting this model involves the negation of human authority. In addition, the outcome of using this model as a proof is to go beyond the application of models that epistemologically are not accepted. Also, the other outcome of model of the &ʿAbd – Mowlā” is the masculine perception of God. Now, how can we take a step further in completing the more detailed and precise image of God and man in this model? How can we pass from these epistemic outcomes? This research, using a descriptiveanalytical method, seeks to explain these outcomes and claims that with the Transcendental Wisdom approach, we can cross the abovementioned outcomes to use the &ʿAbd – Mowlā” model.
