نقش امام عسکری‏ (ع)‌ در نهادینه‌سازی خمس

در این مقاله با استناد به شواهد تاریخی و روایات برجای‌مانده از امام عسکری (ع‏)، تحلیلی از نقش ایشان در نهادینه‌سازی خمس در جامعه شیعه ارائه می‌شود؛ در‌حالی‌که ‏فریضه خمس با چالش‌های مختلفی مواجه شده بود. ‏محورهایی که بر اساس روایات موجود می‌توان گفت امام در زمینهٔ فریضه خمس، در آن ایفای نقش کرده‌اند، به این ترتیب است: تاکید بر فلسفه وجوب خمس، تاکید بر فراگیربودن گستره خمس (شمولی‌بودن وجوب پرداخت خمس با توجه به درآمدها)، تاکید عملی بر وجوب خمس، بیان عملی موارد مصرف خمس با مصرف آن میان نیازمندان بنی‌هاشم و رسیدگی به شبکه وکالت در جایگاه ابزار و کارگزاران اداره امور تشیع از سوی امام.با توجه به اتهام بی‌سابقه و بی‌مستند خمس‌گرفتن از منابعی به‌جز غنایم جنگی از جمله ارباح مکاسب و نپرداختن به این مسئله به تفکیک تلاش هر کدام از ائمه شیعه (ع) بر اساس تحلیل تاریخی ادوار خمس، تبیین این تحولات از زاویه امامت امام عسکری (ع) دستاورد جدیدی است که در پژوهش‌های قبلی یافت نمی‌شود؛ این مسئله از نوآوری‌های این مقاله است که به شیوه تحلیلی تاریخی و حدیثی به ‌دست‌ آمده است.

drawing upon historical evidence and the hadiths transmitted from imam al-ʿaskarī, this article analyzes his role in institutionalizing the khums within the shia community during a period of significant challenges to this obligation. according to the available hadiths, the imam emphasized the rationale behind the obligation of khums, highlighted its comprehensive scope (including all of one’s income), and underscored its practical importance. he also clarified where khums should be spent by distributing it among hashemite needy and managed a network of deputies to handle shiite affairs on his behalf.undocumented accusations have emerged regarding the reception of khums from sources other than war spoils, such as business profits. given the lack of research on this issue concerning each shiite imam and the historical analysis of various periods of khums, this article contributes by explaining these developments during the imamate of imam al-ʿaskarī. this study, conducted using an analytic, historical, and hadith-based method, addresses a previously unexplored area of scholarship
