سیره حضرت علی (ع) در مقابله با فساد، به‌ویژه فسق و سوء‌اخلاق کارگزاران

سیره حضرت علی (ع) ، به عنوان جانشین پیامبر (ص) و امام امت اسلامی، معیار و مبنای اسلام در پیش‌گیری از وقوع فساد و تخلف است. بر این اساس، در این نوشتار ابتدا به روش‌های پیش‌گیری آن حضرت از فساد، مانند دادن بینش و آگاهی، تبیین منطقی و مستدل آموزه‌های دینی، ترسیم الگوهای دینی، ترویج رفتاری و عملی ارزش‌های دینی، تبیین عوامل تربیت صحیح، موعظه، نصیحت و نظارت پرداخته شده و سپس شیوه‌های مقابله آن حضرت با فساد در دو روش گفتاری و رفتاری از قبیل، تذکر، سرزنش و توبیخ، تهدید، تغییر محل جغرافیایی خدمت، اجرای حدود الاهی و امثال آن، بررسی شده است. با توجه به اینکه فساد و تخلف سبب بی‌عدالتی، غارت بیت‌المال و ناامنی در جامعه می‌شود، روش‌شناسی و شیوه‌های مقابله حضرت علی (ع) با فساد و ریشه‌کن‌کردن این پدیده خطرناک بسیار ضروری است.

Imam Ali’s (AS) Approach in the Fight against Corruption, Especially the Immorality and Misconduct of Agents

The (ع)iography of Imam Ali (AS), as the successor of the Prophet (S) and the Imam of the Islamic community, is the criterion and (ع)asis of Islam in preventing corruption and transgression. Accordingly, this article first examines the Imam’s methods of preventing corruption such as giving insight and awareness, logical and reasoned explanation of religious teachings, drawing religious patterns, (ع)ehavioral and practical promotion of religious values, explaining the factors of proper training, preaching, advising and monitoring. It then discusses the Imam’s methods of com(ع)ating corruption in (ع)oth ver(ع)al and (ع)ehavioral ways, such as warning, reprimanding, threatening, changing the geographical location of the mission, inflicting the divine punishments, and the li(ص)e. Given that corruption and transgression cause injustice, looting of pu(ع)lic funds and insecurity in society, it is very important to (ص)now the methods of Imam Ali (AS) for fighting against corruption and eradicating it as a dangerous phenomenon.
