رابطه اعیان ثابته با جبر و اختیار بر پایه دیدگاه‌های محمدجعفر لاهیجی در تفسیر مفتاح الخزائن

ابن‌عربی و شارحانش با طرح و بسط مفهوم «اعیان ثابته» راهی جدید در تبیین مقولات دشوار کلامی و عرفانی گشودند. از جمله محمدجعفر لاهیجی، عارف ایرانی سده 13 ه.ق.، در تفسیر مفتاح الخزائن کوشید نقش جبر و اختیار در سعادت و شقاوت انسان را به یاری آموزه اعیان ثابته تحلیل کند. این تحقیق که به روش توصیفی‌تحلیلی سامان یافته، نشان می‌دهد اعیان ثابته لوازمی دارد که به واسطه آن می‌توان پاره‌ای از مهم‌ترین مباحث کلامی را تبیین کرد. لاهیجی با استناد به مقوله «استعداد افراد» و قاعده «متابعت اعیان خارجی از استعداد موجود در اعیان ثابته»، مباحثی همچون «علم پیشین خداوند قبل از خلقت انسان» و «کیفیّت بروز و ظهور اشیا و افعال آدمی بر اساس استعداد نهفته در عین ثابته» و نیز «مفهوم سعادت و شقاوت ذاتی انسان‌ها» و «ارتباط میان اعیان ثابته با کمال و هدایت آدمی» را توجیه و توصیف کرده است. بر پایه این استنباط، میزان جبر و اختیار حاکم بر اوضاع افراد و سایر موضوعات مرتبط را باید با استعداد مندرج در عین ثابته ایشان سنجید و در حقیقت، اعیان ثابته هستند که مرزهای کردار آدمی و مسیر تعالی‌اش را مشخص می‌کنند.

the relation of archetypes, aʿyāni thābitah, and the problem of free will and determinism as viewed by muḥammad jaʿfar lahiji in his commentary of miftāḥ alkhazāʾin

ibn ʿarabi and his commentators opened a new way of explaining difficult theological and mystical categories by developing the mystical concept of archetypes. for example, muḥammad jaʿfar lāhījī, an iranian mystic of the 13th century ah, tried to analyze the role of determinism and free will in human happiness and misery with the help of the teachings of archetypes. this research, with a descriptiveanalytical method, shows that archetypes have some clues which may lead one to solve some of the most important theological problems. lāhījī, relying on the category of capacity of individuals and the principle of subordinate state of the existent objects with regard to their archetypes, may explain such topics as god’s prior knowledge before the creation of man, the quality of the emergence of human objects and actions based on the archetypes` capacity, the concept of inherent happiness and misery of human beings and the relationship between archetypes and human perfection and guidance. based on this inference, the degree of individual`s determinism and free will and other related issues should be measured by the capacity of the archetype and in fact, it is the archetype that determines the boundaries of human action and the path of transcendence.
