بررسی صحت نظریۀ طرد روایات مخالفان با طرح عدم حجیت خبر واحد

یکی از مسائل اختلافی در میان اندیشمندان اسلامی مسئلۀ حجیت خبر واحد است. این سوال از دیرباز نزد عالمان دینی مطرح بوده است که آیا از اساس خبر واحد حجت است یا خیر و اگر حجت است، حجیت آن بر مبنای کدام مدرک، موجه می شود. نحوۀ پاسخگویی به این سوال در صدور احکام شرعی، نحوۀ برخورد با اخبار متعارض و سرایت حجیت اخبار آحاد در موضوعات غیر فقهی، تاثیری مستقیم دارد. این پژوهش با روشی توصیفی و تحلیلی به سامان رسیده ‌است. قرائن متعدد از جمله عبارات مشابه موافقان و مخالفان حجیت اخبارآحاد، نسبت دادن هر دو نظر به اجماع و شریعت نشان از آن دارد که این اختلاف نباید اختلافی ریشه‌ای باشد. البته مردود دانستن روایاتی که موافق آرای اختصاصی اهل تسنن و مخالف نظر مکتب اهل بیت(ع‌) است با این استدلال که این روایات اخبار آحادند، نشان می دهد که نظریۀ عدم حجیت خبر واحد در میان عالمان شیعه در واقع گونه‌‌ای مواجهه با روایاتِ معارض با روایات اهل بیت (ع‌) است؛ زیرا در دوران طرح عدم حجیت خبر واحد، شرایط زیست علمی عالمان شیعه به گونه‌ای بود که صراحت در کلام آنان موجبات تعرض به آنها و کنار نهاده شدن شیعیان از جهان اسلام را فراهم می‌آورده‌ است.

evaluating the theory of disregarding hadiths from non-shias due to the non-authoritativeness of single-narrator hadiths

a controversial issue among muslim scholars is the validity of single-narrator reports (khabar al-wāḥid). scholars have long debated whether such reports are valid and, if so, how their validity is justified. this question directly affects the issuance of religious rulings, the treatment of conflicting hadiths, and the application of such reports in non-jurisprudential contexts. this research employs a descriptive-analytic methodology. evidence, including statements from both proponents and opponents of the validity of single-narrator reports and the alleged origins of both of these positions in consensus and religious texts, suggests that the disagreement is not fundamental. the rejection of hadiths that align with sunni views and oppose the school of ahl al-bayt on the grounds of their single-narrator status implies that the shiite theory of invalidity is partly a response to hadiths opposing those from ahl al-bayt. this historical context indicates that shiite scholars’ explicit positions might have led to their marginalization within the islamic world.
