نقش و اقدامات فاطمیان مصر در شکوفایی مظاهر فرهنگی و تمدنی با تاکید بر رواداری مذهبی

دوره فاطمیان از دوره‌های برجسته تاریخ اسلام است که با توجه به گستره زمانی و وسعت قلمرو حکومتی سزاوار تحقیقات جدی و جدید است. حکومت دویست‌ساله‌شان بر مصر و تاثیرگذاری‌شان بر تمدن اسلامی به ‌خودی خود کافی است که آنها را شایسته چنین امعان نظری کند. تحقیق حاضر با هدف شناخت اقدامات عملی فاطمیان مصر در راستای کمک به ایجاد تمدن اسلامی انجام شده است. بدین منظور اقدامات عملی خلفای فاطمی، که از مظاهر تمدن‌ساز محسوب می‌شود، نظیر مناسبات ایشان با قدرت‌های همجوار، ساخت و ایجاد مراکز علمی و کتاب‌خانه‌ها، تشکیل کرسی‌های علمی در قالب دارالحکمه‌ها و دارالعلم‌ها و فعالیت‌های دیگر نظیر ترجمه و تالیف کتب بررسی شده است. پژوهش حاضر به روش توصیفی‌تحلیلی با استناد به منابع تاریخی و دست اول بر این نکته نیز تاکید می‌کند که فاطمیان در دوره حکومت بر مصر توانستند به دلیل اقتضائات سیاسی‌اجتماعی در جهت آرمان‌های آزادی‌خواهانه‌شان و در راستای کمک به تمدن‌سازی مسلمانان سیاست تسامح‌گرایانه‌ای را در پیش بگیرند. اتخاذ این رویکرد و سیاست تساهل و تسامح در برابر ادیان و مذاهب دیگر به میزان چشمگیری در شکل‌گیری تمدن اسلامی قرون سوم و چهارم، که از آن به دوران طلایی تمدن اسلامی یاد می‌شود، تاثیرگذار بوده و چون مناسبات این دولت با دولت‌های همجوار و هم‌زمان در این تاثیر‌گذاری و نقش آنان در شکوفایی فرهنگ و تمدن و رواداری مذهبی تاثیر داشته است، این محور نیز در آغاز نوشتار بررسی می‌شود.

The Role and Actions of the Egyptian Fatimids in the Flourishing of Cultural and Civilizational Manifestations with Emphasis on Religious Tolerance

The Fatimid period is one of the prominent periods in the history of Islam, which deserves serious and new research due to the time span and the vastness of their government. Their twohundredyear rule over Egypt and their influence on Islamic civilization is enough in itself to make them worthy of such attention. The present study aims to recognize the practical actions of the Egyptian Fatimids in order to help create Islamic civilization. For this purpose, the practical actions of the Fatimid caliphs, which are considered manifestations of civilization, such as their relations with neighboring powers, the construction of scientific centers and libraries, the establishment of scientific chairs in the form of seminaries and other activities such as translating and writing books have been studied. Using a descriptiveanalytical method based on historical and firsthand sources, the present study emphasize that the Fatimids during the rule over Egypt were able to pursue a tolerant policy due to political and social circumstances in pursuit of their freedomseeking ideals and to help Muslim civilization. The adoption of this approach and the policy of tolerance towards other religions and denominations has been significantly effective in the formation of Islamic civilization in the third and fourth centuries, which is called the golden age of Islamic civilization. And because the relations of this government with neighboring and contemporary governments have contributed to flourishing the religious culture, civilization and tolerance, this issue is also examined at the beginning of the article.
