نگرش دانشجویان مهندسی بهداشت حرفه‌ای و ایمنی کار به رشته‌ی تحصیلی و آینده‌ی شغلی در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایلام در سال 1401

سابقه و هدف: یکی از عوامل مهم موفقیت دانشجویان نگرش مثبت به رشته‌ی تحصیلی و آینده‌ی شغلی است. مهندسی بهداشت حرفه‌ای و ایمنی کار علمی است که در زمینه‌ی سلامت کارکنان و ایمنی محیط کار فعالیت می‌کند؛ لذا شناخت عوامل موثر بر نگرش دانشجویان رشته‌ی مهندسی بهداشت حرفه‌ای و ایمنی کار بسیار ضروری است.مواد و روش‌‌ها: در این بررسی که از نوع توصیفی‌تحلیلی است، 62 نفر از دانشجویان رشته‌ی مهندسی بهداشت حرفه‌ای دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایلام در سال تحصیلی 1400 و 1401 بررسی شدند. داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسش‌نامه‌ی دانشگاه مینه‌سوتای آمریکا، که 17 سوال با مقیاس طیف لیکرت داشت، جمع‌آوری شد و داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار spss بررسی شد. یافته‌ها: از 66 پرسش‌نامه، میانگین و انحراف معیار نمره‌ی نگرش به رشته‌ی تحصیلی (4.25 ± 28.97) و میانگین و انحراف معیار نمره‌ی نگرش به آینده‌ی شغلی (4.7 ±24.8) محاسبه شد که با در نظر گرفتن نمره‌ی 22 و 19 به‌عنوان میانگین نمره‌ی نگرش به رشته‌ی تحصیلی و آینده‌ی شغلی، نمره‌های به‌دست‌آمده بیشتر از نمره‌ی پذیرفتنی است.نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌های مطالعه‌ی حاضر بیانگر نگرش مثبت به رشته‌ی تحصیلی و آینده‌ی شغلی است. تناسب ظرفیت پذیرش دانشجو با نیاز بازار کار، آشنایی دانش‌آموزان با رشته‌های دانشگاهی قبل از کنکور سراسری، ارائه‌ی مشاوره و حمایت از دانشجویان در زمینه‌ی توجیه رشته و محیط کار و ارتباط بهتر صنعت با دانشگاه باعث بهبود نگرش دانشجویان خواهد شد.

attitude of students majoring in occupational health and safety engineering towards the field of study and future career at ilam university of medical sciences

background and objective: one of the important factors contributing to students’ success is a positive attitude towards their field of study and future careers. occupational health and safety engineering is a science that works in the field of employee health and work environment safety. therefore, it is of utmost importance to obtain a thorough understanding of the factors affecting the attitude of students majoring in occupational health and safety engineering.materials and methods: in this study, 62 students of occupational health engineering at ilam university of medical sciences were examined in the academic year 2020-2021. the data were collected using the questionnaire of the university of minnesota, containing 17 items which are rated based on a likert scale. the data were analyzed using spss software.results: from 66 questionnaires, the mean scores of attitude towards the field of study and future career were calculated at 28.97±4.25 and 24.8±4.7. considering 22 and 19 as the mean score of the attitude toward the field of study and future career, the scores obtained are more than the acceptable score.conclusion: the findings of the present study demonstrated a positive attitude towards the field of study and future career. building the capacity of students to meet the needs of the labor market, familiarizing students with university courses before the national entrance exam, providing advice and support to students in justifying the course and work environment, and better communication between industry and university will improve students’ attitudes.
