ارزیابی سطح جوّ ایمنی و شیوع حوادث ناشی از کار با در نظر گرفتن نقش میانجی رضایت شغلی (مطالعه موردی: صنایع غذایی شبنم)

سابقه و هدف: گسترش حوادث در صنایع مختلف، لزوم توجه بیشتر به عوامل ایمنی و تلاش برای ارتقای رضایت شغلی کارکنان را نمایان می‌سازد. بنابراین هدف از این تحقیق ارزیابی سطح جوّ ایمنی و شیوع حوادث‌ ناشی از کار با در نظر گرفتن نقش میانجی رضایت‌شغلی در صنایع غذایی شبنم است.مواد و روش‌‌ها: این پژوهش یک تحقیق کاربردی و از نوع توصیفی- غیرآزمایشی است که طی آن نمونه‌ای 122 نفره از کارکنان صنایع غذایی شبنم جهت توزیع پرسش‌نامه انتخاب شدند. جهت سنجش ارتباط بین متغیّر‌های تحقیق از پرسش‌نامه‌ای محقّق‌ساخته شامل 3 متغیّر و 36 گویه و برای بررسی فرضیات از مدل معادلات ساختاری و نرم‌افزارهای spss 26 و lisrel 8.8 استفاده شد.یافته‌ها: نتایج تحلیلی داده‌ها نشان می‌داد که ارزیابی سطح جوّ ایمنی و رضایت شغلی بر شیوع حوادث ناشی از کار تاثیر معکوس داشته‌اند. همچنین ارزیابی سطح جوّ ایمنی بر رضایت شغلی تاثیر مثبت و معناداری داشت. درنهایت نیز نقش میانجی رضایت شغلی در رابطه میان ارزیابی سطح جوّ ایمنی و شیوع حوادث ناشی از کار تایید شد.نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به یافته‌های حاصل از پژوهش، توصیه شد که مسئولان صنایع غذایی شبنم با ایجاد محیط کاری ایمن ازطریق تامین تجهیزات ایمنی و ارائه آموزش‌های مرتبط، جوّ ایمنی محیط کار را ارتقا بخشند و آمار حوادث را کنترل کنند. همچنین نتیجه گرفته شد که توجه به نیازهای کارکنان و جلب رضایت ایشان می‌تواند بر سرعت این روند بیفزاید.

evaluating the level of safety climate and the prevalence of work-related accidents considering the mediating role of job satisfaction (case study: shabnam food industry)

background and objective: the spread of accidents in various industries highlights the need to pay more attention to safety factors and try to improve employees’ job satisfaction. therefore, the present study aimed to assess the level of safety climate and the prevalence of work-related accidents by considering the mediating role of job satisfaction in shabnam food industry.materials and methods: in this applied and descriptive-non-experimental research, a total of 122 employees of shabnam food industry were selected to complete the questionnaire. in order to assess the relationship between research variables, a researcher-made questionnaire encompassing 3 variables and 36 items was used. the data were analyzed in spss (version 26) and lisrel (version 8.8) software packages using structural equation modeling.results: the analytical results of the data demonstrated that the level of safety climate and job satisfaction had an adverse effect on the prevalence of work-related accidents. moreover, the level of safety climate had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. finally, the mediating role of job satisfaction in the relationship between the assessment of the level of safety climate and the prevalence of work-related accidents was confirmed.conclusion: as evidenced by the findings of the research, it is recommended that shabnam food industry officials improve the safety atmosphere of the work environment and control the statistics of accidents by creating a safe work environment through the provision of safety equipment and providing relevant training. it was also concluded that paying attention to the needs of employees and getting their satisfaction can accelerate this process.
