تعیین سطح خطرات بیمارستانی در مشهد به‌روش ارزیابی ایمنی و بهداشت حرفه‌ای در بیمارستان (hoshra)

سابقه و هدف: بیمارستان‌ها از سازمان‌های مهم در نظام درمانی هستند. ارزیابی خطر ابزاری برای کنترل آن‌ها است و مدیریت خطر در بیمارستان برای کاهش فراوانی حوادث بیمارستانی مفید است. این مطالعه به‌منظور ارزیابی خطرات ایمنی و بهداشت بیمارستان به‌روش ارزیابی ایمنی و بهداشت حرفه‌ای در بیمارستان (hoshra) انجام شد. مواد و روش‌‌ها: این مطالعه به‌صورت مقطعی در 32 بخش در بیمارستان آموزشی درمانی در سال 1401 در شهر مشهد انجام شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از چک‌لیست hoshra جمع‌آوری و با استفاده از فرمول‌های روش hoshra تجزیه‌وتحلیل شد. یافته‌ها: بالاترین امتیاز به‌دست‌آمده در حیطه‌ی مخاطرات ارگونومی (102.8) و کمترین امتیاز مرتبط با حیطه‌ی عوامل فیزیکی (67.28) در بیمارستان بود. به‌غیر از امتیاز حیطه‌ی ارگونومی، امتیاز حیطه‌های فیزیکی، شیمیایی، روانی و زیستی در سطح متوسط خطرات بود و حیطه‌ی‌ ارگونومی در سطحی پذیرفتنی قرار داشت. نتیجه‌گیری: این مطالعه نشان داد مخاطرات ارگونومی در سطحی پذیرفتنی قرار دارد ولی همچنان نیازمند پایش مداوم است؛ و از طرفی خطرات شیمیایی، ارگونومیکی، روانی، فیزیکی و زیستی در سطح ریسک پذیرفتنی نیستند و به اصلاحات بیشتری در آینده نیاز دارند.

determining the level of hospital risk in mashhad by the method of safety and occupational health assessment in the hospital

background and objective: hospitals are one of the most important organizations in the healthcare system. risk assessment is a tool to control risks, and risk management in hospitals is of great help in the reduction of the risk of hazards and hospital accidents. the present study aimed to evaluate the safety and health risk of hospitals using the hoshra (hospital occupational safety and health risk assessment) method. materials and methods: this cross-sectional study was conducted in 32 departments in a medical teaching hospital in mashhad in 2022. the data were collected using the hoshra checklist and analyzed using the hoshra method formulas. results: the highest and lowest scores pertained to ergonomic hazards (102.8) and physical agents (67.28) in the hospital. except for the score of the ergonomics area, the scores of the physical, chemical, psychological, and biological areas were at the medium risk level, and the ergonomics area was at an acceptable level. conclusion: the results of this study pointed out that ergonomic hazards are at an acceptable level, which requires continuous monitoring. on the other hand, chemical, ergonomic, psychological, physical, and biological risks are not acceptable at the risk level and need more revision in the future.
