روایی و پایایی ویرایش فارسی پرسش‌نامه ارزیابی دردهای گردنی npq در میان کارکنان یک شرکت خدمات خانه‌داری در ایران

سابقه و هدف: دردهای گردنی یکی از شایع‌ترین علائم اختلالات اسکلتی-عضلانی مربوط به کار در بین افراد است. یکی از راه‌های سنجش دردهای گردنی استفاده از پرسش‌نامه‌های معتبر است. هدف این مطالعه ترجمه و اعتباربخشی پرسش‌نامه northwick park (npq) است. مواد و روش‌‌ها: مطالعه حاضر از نوع توصیفی است که در سال 1400 به‌منظور اعتباربخشی نسخه فارسی پرسش‌نامه npq روی کارکنان زن یکی از شرکت‌های خدمات خانه‌داری انجام شد. برای بررسی روایی پرسش‌نامه از روش backward-forward استفاده شد. سپس پرسش‌نامه بین 100 نفر توزیع شد. به‌منظور اندازه‌گیری پایایی از آزمون همبستگی درون‌طبقه‌ای (icc) استفاده شد. به‌منظور تحلیل داده‌ها نیز از آزمون‌های اسپیرمن و کاپا در نرم‌افزار spss نسخه 22 استفاده شد.یافته‌ها: در تحلیل روایی به‌منظور تعیین توافق و همبستگی بین پرسش‌ها از ضریب کاپا و اسپیرمن استفاده شد. میزان پایایی پرسش‌نامه با استفاده از آزمون همبستگی درون‌طبقه‌ای 0.906 به‌دست آمد. بین شدت درد کلی مطرح‌شده در پرسش‌نامه و تمامی سوالات آن ارتباط معنی‌داری یافت شد. نتیجه‌گیری: این مطالعه که با هدف ترجمه و اعتباربخشی نسخه فارسی پرسش‌نامه npq و تعیین کاربردپذیری آن در ایران انجام شد، نشان داد نسخه فارسی پرسش‌نامه ابزاری معتبر، قابل اعتماد و قابل استفاده برای ارزیابی دردهای گردنی است. 

validity and reliability of the persian version of the npq neck pain assessment questionnaire among iranian housekeeping company workers

background and objective: neck pain is one of the most common symptoms of work-related musculoskeletal disorders (wmsds). one way to measure neck pain is using valid questionnaires. therefore, this study aimed to translate the northwick park questionnaire (npq) into persian and validate the persian version.materials and methods: the present study is a descriptive one that was conducted in 2021 on workers of a housekeeping service company to validate the persian version of the npq. the backward-forward technique was used to validate the questionnaire. afterward, the questionnaire was distributed among 100 female workers, and the intraclass correlation test (icc) was used to measure reliability. data were analyzed using the spearman and kappa tests in the spss software (version 22).results: in the validity analysis, kappa and spearman coefficients were used to determine the agreement and correlation between the questions. the reliability of the questionnaire using the icc test was 0.906. additionally, a significant relationship was found between the overall pain intensity in the questionnaire and all its questions.conclusion: this study aimed to translate the npq questionnaire into persian, validate the persian version, and determine its applicability in iran. the findings showed that the persian version of the npq questionnaire is a valid, reliable, and usable tool for neck pain assessment.
