روایی و پایایی نسخه فارسی پرسشنامه ارزیابی کیفیت روشنایی اداری ols

سابقه و هدف: روشنایی مناسب باعث افزایش بهره‌وری و بازده افراد در محیط‌کار می‌شود. این مطالعه با هدف ترجمه و اعتبارسنجی پرسشنامه ارزیابی کیفیت روشنایی اداری و ارزیابی کاربردپذیری آن در ایران و ایجاد ابزاری مناسب برای انجام تحقیقات مربوط به بررسی کیفی روشنایی محیط کار انجام شده است. مواد و روشها: مطالعه حاضر از نوع تحلیلی است که در سال 1400 روی کارکنان یکی از ادارات دولتی استان کرمان انجام شد. با استفاده از روش backward-forward نسخه فارسی پرسشنامه تهیه و سپس ترجمه شد و بین 49 نفر از کارکنان توزیع شد. به منظور اندازه گیری روایی از تست های cvi و cvr و به منظور اندازه گیری پایایی از روش آزمون بازآزمون با ضریب همبستگی درون طبقه ای استفاده شد. همچنین برای تحلیل داده ها از آزمونهای کای دو و منویتنی در نرم افزار spss نسخه 26 استفاده شد. یافته ها: توافق بین پرسش ها با استفاده از ضریب کاپا بین 0/798 تا 0/929 و همبستگی آن ها با استفاده از ضریب اسپیرمن بین 0/864 تا 0/947 بود. در تحلیل پایایی پرسشنامه، ضریب همبستگی درون طبقه ای (icc ) 0/949 به دست آمد. حدود 40 درصد از افراد از روشنایی محیط کار رضایت داشتند. میزان رضایت خالص افراد از روشنایی 80 درصد برآورد شد. 71 درصد از افراد میزان نور در دسترس خود را مطلوب توصیف کردند. همچنین مشخص شد بین رضایت شغلی کارکنان از روشنایی و بیشتر سوالات پرسش نامه ارتباط معنی داری وجود دارد. نتیجه گیری: نسخه فارسی پرسش نامه ols ابزار مفیدی برای بررسی کیفی روشنایی محیطه ای اداری است که می توان از آن به عنوان بخشی از برنامه های معمول طراحی و اندازه گیری روشنایی محیط های اداری و همچنین مراقبت های شغلی به منظور پیشگیری از مشکلات مربوط به نارضایتی شغلی استفاده کرد.

validity and reliability of the persian version of office lighting survey questionnaire

background & objective: proper lighting increases the productivity and efficiency of people in the workplace. this study aimed to translate and validate the office lighting survey questionnaire (ols) to make it usable in iran and to create a suitable tool for conducting research related to the qualitative study of workplace lighting.materials & methods: the present study is an analytical study that was conducted to determine the validation of the persian version of the ols questionnaire on employees of one of the governmental offices in kerman province. first, the persian version of the questionnaire was prepared using the backward-forward method and then the translated questionnaire was distributed among the 49 employees. cvi and cvr, and test-retest tests were used to measure validity and reliability respectively. chi-square and mann-whitey tests in spss version 26 were also used to analyze the data. chi-square and mann-whitey tests in spss version 26 were also used to analyze the data.results: in the validity analysis, kappa’s and spearman’s coefficients were used to analyze the agreement and correlation between the questions. intra-class correlation coefficient in the reliability analysis was 0.949. it was found that there is a significant relationship between employees’ job satisfaction with lighting and most questions of the ols questionnaire.conclusion: the persian version of the ols questionnaire is a useful tool for assessing the quality of lighting in office environments that can be used as part of routine design and measurement programs for office environments and occupational care to prevent job dissatisfaction problems.
