تجزیه‌وتحلیل سطح ایمنی در برابر حریق در ساختمان‌های اداری با استفاده از روش fses

سابقه و هدف: وقوع آتش‌سوزی در ساختمان‌ها پیامدهای منفی متعددی را برای ایمنی جان ساکنان، اموال و دارایی‌ها و ... به همراه دارد. تعیین سطح ایمنی حریق راهکار مناسبی برای افزایش ایمنی و درنتیجه کاهش پیامدهای ناشی از حریق است. بدین منظور هدف مطالعه حاضر، تجزیه‌وتحلیل سطح ایمنی حریق در ساختمان‌های اداری است.مواد و روش‌‌ها: این پژوهش از نوع توصیفیتحلیلی است که سطح ایمنی حریق ساختمان‌های اداری یک شرکت خودروسازی را از سه جنبه کنترل حریق، مسیرهای خروج و ایمنی عمومی حریق تجزیه‌وتحلیل می‌کند. مطالعه حاضر با استفاده از سیستم ارزشیابی ایمنی حریق (fses) و بر مبنای nfpa 101a انجام شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد مطلوب‌ترین وضعیت در هفت ساختمان بررسی‌شده، مربوط به کنترل حریق است و تمامی ساختمان‌ها در این زمینه امتیاز لازم را گرفتند. همچنین بدترین وضعیت، مسیرهای خروج است. در زمینه ایمنی عمومی حریق نیز تمامی ساختمان‌ها به جز یک ساختمان، انطباق لازم را داشتند. نتیجه‌گیری: برگزاری بیش از دو مانور خروج اضطراری در زمان حریق در سال وضعیت ساختمان‌ها را در زمینه مسیرهای خروج به حالت قابل قبول می‌رساند و تاثیر بسزایی در بهبود وضعیت ایمنی عمومی حریق در ساختمان‌ها دارد. همچنین نصب سیستم آب‌فشان خودکار از نوع پاسخ سریع به‌طوری‌که پوشش‌دهنده سراسر ساختمان باشد، وضعیت ایمنی حریق را در تمامی ساختمان‌ها ارتقا می‌بخشد. ایجاد سامانه کنترل دود نیز وضعیت ساختمان‌ها را در زمینه‌های مسیرهای خروج و ایمنی عمومی حریق بهبود می‌دهد.

Analysis of Fire Safety in Office Buildings Applying Fire Safety Evaluation System

Background and Objective: Fire outbreaks in buildings have diverse negative consequences for the occupants rsquo; life safety and assets. Determining the level of fire safety is of great help in the provision of appropriate solutions to increase fire safety and reduce the negative consequences. Therefore, the present study aimed to analyze the level of fire safety in office buildings.Materials and Methods: This analyticaldescriptive study was conducted to analyze the fire safety level in office buildings of a car manufacturing company on the basis of three aspects: fire control, egress routes, and general fire safety. This study was performed using Fire Safety Evaluation System (FSES) methodology and NFPA 101A.Results: Based on the results, the fire control aspect was revealed to have the best condition in all seven buildings under the study, and they obtained the required scores in this regard. On the other hand, egress routes had the worst condition. In terms of general fire safety, all the selected buildings, except one building, maintained the required requirements.Conclusion: As evidenced by the obtained results, conducting more than two fire exit drills per year would make the condition of the selected buildings acceptable in the aspect of egress routes. It could also have a significant effect on the improvement of general fire safety. Moreover, installing a quickresponse automatic sprinkler system with entire building coverage would enhance the overall fire safety condition in buildings. Furthermore, considering smoke control systems could make the condition of the buildings better in terms of egress routes and general fire safety.
