بررسی ارتباط بین سرمایه گذاری‌های ایمنی و شاخص‌های عملکرد ایمنی در صنعت ساخت و ساز

مقدمه: صنعت ساخت و ساز یکی از خطرناک ترین صنایع می باشد. بنابراین جهت بهبود شرایط و انجام مداخلات پیشگیرانه، مدیران ارشد پروژه های ساختمانی نیاز به درک عوامل تاثیر گذار در عملکرد ایمنی دارند. مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی ارتباط بین سرمایه گذاری های ایمنی و شاخص های عملکرد ایمنی در صنعت ساخت و ساز انجام شده است.روش بررسی: این مطالعه از نظر تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها به صورت توصیفی تحلیلی بوده و با روش »مطالعه موردی چندگانه « در 5 کارگاه ساختمانی بزرگ شهر تهران در سال 1397 انجام گرفته است. داده های مطالعه با استفاده از روش هایی نظیر مصاحبه ساختار یافته، بررسی مستندات ایمنی و پرسشنامه جمع آوری شد. داده های جمع آوری شده با استفاده از ویرایش 18 نرم افزار آماری spssمورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.یافته ها: نتایج مطالعه نشان دهنده وجود همبستگی قوی منفی بین انواع سرمایه گذاری های ایمنی (کل سرمایه گذاری های ایمنی، سرمایه گذاری های پایه ایمنی و سرمایه گذاری های داوطلبانه ایمنی) و ضریب تکرار حادثه (afr) (r=-0.936, p<0.05) (شاخص گذشته نگر) بوده و همچنین بیانگر وجود همبستگی قوی مستقیم این متغیر با عملکرد ایمنی (r=0.939, p<0.05) (شاخص آینده نگر) می باشند. همچنین بین وضعیت تاهل و سن با عملکرد ایمنی رابطه معنی داری مشاهده شد (p<0.05)نتیجه گیری: یافته های این مطالعه نشان داد افزایش در میزان سرمایه گذاری های ایمنی (کل سرمایه گذاری های ایمنی ، سرمایه گذاری پایه ایمنی و سرمایه گذاری داوطلبانه ایمنی) باعث بهبود عملکرد ایمنی می شود.

The Investigation of Relationship Between Safety Investments and Safety Performance Indicators in The Construction Industry

Introduction:The construction industry is one of the most dangerous industries. Therefore, in order to improve the conditions and preventative interventions, senior executives of construction projects need to understand the factors affecting safety performance. The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between safety investments and safety performance indicators in the construction industry. Methods: This descriptiveanalytic study was carried out using multiple case study method in 5 major construction worksites of Tehran in 2018. Data were collected using various techniques such as structured interviews, safety documentations and questionnaire. Collected data was analyzed using SPSS software version 18. Results:The results of the study indicate a strong negative correlation between the various types of safety investments (total safety investments, basic safety investment and voluntary safety investment) and the accident frequency rate (AFR) (r = 0.936, Pvalue < 0.05) (retrospective index ), and also indicate a strong direct correlation of this variable with the safety performance (prospective indicator) (r = 0.939, pvalue < 0.05). Also, there was a significant relationship between marital status and age with safety performance. Conclusion: The findings of this study showed that an increase in the level of safety investments (total safety investments, basic safety investments, and voluntary safety investments) will improve safety performance.
