مرور نظام‌مند و کیفی فرایند‌های تاثیر سرمایه گذاری بر زیرساخت‌ها در توسعۀ گردشگری

امروزه سرمایه‌گذاری در بخش گردشگری اقدامی مهم در جهت توسعۀ مقاصد گردشگری شناخته شده است. کشور‌ها با ایجاد فضای مناسب برای سرمایه‌گذاری می‌توانند موجب افزایش درآمد، اشتغال‌زایی، رشد اقتصادی و جذابیت مقاصد شوند. ازاین‌رو، هدف از این پژوهش طراحی چارچوب و الگویی جامع از ارزیابی کیفی مطالعات مربوط به تاثیرات سرمایه‌گذاری بر زیرساخت‌ها در توسعۀ گردشگری با رویکرد مرور نظام‌مند است. پژوهش از نظر هدف توصیفی تحلیلی است و ادبیات مرتبط با تاثیرات سرمایه‌گذاری زیرساخت‌ها در گردشگری، با رویکرد مرور نظام‌مند، در بازۀ زمانی 2010 تا 2024، با استفاده از هفت کلیدواژه از پانزده پایگاه اطلاعاتی جمع‌آوری شده است. پس از سه مرحله غربالگری، حدود دو هزار مقالۀ مرتبط با موضوع به دست آمد و 54 مقالۀ علمی و پژوهشی انتخاب و کاوش شد. پس از ارزیابی کیفی این مقالات، الگویی با شش عامل اقتصادی، اجتماعی، محیط‌زیستی، کالبدی، رفتاری و روان‌شناختی و فرهنگی، و همچنین 32 بعد برای ارزابی تاثیرات سرمایه‌گذاری زیر ساخت‌ها در توسعۀ گردشگری پیشنهاد شده است. سرانجام، به‌منظور به‌کارگیری نتیجۀ پژوهش، مدل مفهومی یکپارچه‌ای ارائه شده است، که مزایا و تاثیرات سرمایه‌گذاری بر زیرساخت‌ها را در حوزۀ گردشگری برای دست‌اندرکاران و سرمایه‌گذاران روشن کند تا در جهت سرمایه‌گذاری‌های داخلی و خارجی در صنعت گردشگری اقداماتی صورت گیرد.

systematic review and qualitative of the impact processes of infrastructure investment in tourism development

today, investment in the tourism sector is recognized as an important measure towards the development of tourist destinations. and countries can increase income levels, unemployment, economic growth and attractiveness by creating a suitable environment for investment. therefore, the aim of this research is to develop a comprehensive framework and model of qualitative evaluation of studies related to the effects of infrastructure investment on tourism development with a systematic review approach. the present research is descriptive-analytical in terms of purpose. and with a systematic review of literature related to the effects of infrastructure investment on tourism, between 2010 and 2024, seven keywords were collected from fifteen databases. after three screening stages, about 2,000 articles related to the topic were searched, and 54 scientific and research articles were selected and explored. after qualitative evaluation of these articles, a model with 6 economic, social, environmental, physical, behavioral and psychological and cultural factors, as well as 32 dimensions, has been proposed to assess the effects of infrastructure investment on tourism development. finally, an integrated conceptual model is presented to apply the result of this study. it has the potential to clarify the benefits and effects of infrastructure investment in the tourism sector for stakeholders and investors to take action towards domestic and foreign investments in the tourism industry.
