شناسایی عوامل کلیدی توسعۀ گردشگری‌ پزشکی شهر اردبیل

گردشگری پزشکی، به‌عنوان شاخه‌ای از گردشگری سلامت، رشد سریع‌تری از شاخه‌های دیگر داشته است و بسیاری از جوامع برنامه‌های مدونی برای توسعه و بهره‌برداری از آن دارند. شهر اردبیل نیز، به‌علت داشتن ظرفیت‌های زمینه‌ای، مستعد پیشرفت در این زمینه است. در همین خصوص، هدف بر این است که عوامل موثر بر توسعۀ گردشگری‌ پزشکی آن شناسایی و معرفی شود. روش این پژوهش از نظر ماهیت، اکتشافی و از نظر هدف، کاربردی است. به‌منظور تجزیه و تحلیل‌ داده‌های پرسش‌نامۀ تاثیرات متقابل، از نظرهای کارشناسی که به روش گلوله‌برفی انتخاب شده (ده کارشناس) و روش‌ مدل‌یابی ساختاری  تفسیری استفاده شده است. بنابر نتایج به‌دست‌آمده، از بین 35 عامل شناسایی‌شدۀ اولیه، 18 عامل به‌عنوان عوامل نهایی توسعۀ گردشگری‌ پزشکی شهر اردبیل مطرح شده است. از بین عوامل نهایی، بیشترین قدرت نفوذ به عامل نهادهای متولی و کمترین آن هم به کمّیت مراکز درمانی مربوط است. عوامل رفع محدودیت‌های بین‌المللی، نیروی انسانی متخصص، آگاهی مسئولان از مزایای گردشگری پزشکی و نیازسنجی درمانی عوامل کلیدی توسعۀ گردشگری‌ پزشکی شهر اردبیل به‌ شمار می‌روند؛ عواملی که برای تغییر و تحول اساسی در توسعۀ گردشگری‌ پزشکی شهر اردبیل،باید در اولویت برنامه‌ها قرار گیرند.

identifying the key factors in the development of medical tourism in ardabil

medical tourism as a branch of health tourism has grown rapidly compared to other branches and many societies have written plans for its development and utilization. ardabil city is also prone to progress in this field due to its potential. at the same time, the aim is to identify and introduce the factors affecting the development of its medical tourism. in this regard, the current research method is exploratory in nature and practical in terms of purpose, which is used to analyze the data of the mutual effects questionnaire, from expert opinions that were selected by snowball method (10 experts) and method structural-interpretive modeling has been used. in this regard, the results showed that among the 35 initially identified factors, 18 factors are considered as the final factors for the development of medical tourism in ardabil city. among the final factors, the most influencing power is related to the responsible institutions and the least is related to the number of medical centers and that the factors to remove international restrictions; specialized human power; the authorities’ awareness of the benefits of medical tourism and medical needs assessment are the key factors in the development of medical tourism in ardabil. factors that should be prioritized in the plans for a fundamental change and transformation in the development of medical tourism in ardabil city.
