تحلیل سیمای رفتاری گردشگران در توسعۀ سرمایۀ انسانی و اجتماعی جامعۀ محلی

توسعۀ گردشگری تاثیرات متعدد اقتصادی، فرهنگی و اجتماعی در جامعۀ محلی دارد. هدف این پژوهش بررسی نقش سیمای رفتاری گردشگران در توسعۀ سرمایۀ انسانی و اجتماعی جامعۀ محلی است. پژوهش از نوع توصیفی  پیمایشی است. جامعۀ آماری دربردارندۀ گردشگران شهرستان سرعین و جامعۀ محلی این شهر است و نمونۀ آماری دربردارندۀ 367 نفر از گردشگران و به همان تعداد از جامعۀ محلی شهر سرعین است که به روش نمونه‌‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شده است. داده‌ها به‌وسیلۀ پرسش‌نامه گردآوری شده است. برای روایی پرسش‌نامه از روایی محتوایی و روایی هم‌گرا و واگرا استفاده شده و پایایی آن نیز از طریق آلفای کرونباخ تایید شده است. برای آزمون فرضیه‌های پژوهش از آزمون مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری و برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از نرم‌افزارهای اس‌پی‌اس‌اس و اسمارت‌پی‌ال‌اس استفاده شده است. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که سیمای رفتاری گردشگران در سرمایۀ انسانی (دانش، مهارت، تخصص) و سرمایۀ اجتماعی (اعتماد، همکاری، شبکه، ارزش) جامعۀ محلی تاثیر مثبت و معنی‌داری دارد. بنابر نتایج پژوهش، در مقایسۀ بین تاثیرپذیری سرمایۀ انسانی و اجتماعی از گردشگری، سرمایۀ اجتماعی بیشترین تاثیرپذیری را از سیمای رفتاری گردشگران دارد؛ درنتیجه توجه به گردشگری از حیث توسعۀ سرمایۀ اجتماعی واجد اهمیت بیشتری است. براساس نتایج و یافته‌های پژوهش و با توجه به تاثیر سیمای رفتاری گردشگران در سرمایۀ انسانی و اجتماعی جامعۀ محلی، پیشنهاد می‌شود در سیاست‌گذاری برنامه‌های گردشگری افزون‌بر تاثیر اقتصادی گردشگری به تاثیرات انسانی و اجتماعی گردشگران نیز توجه شود.

analysis of the images of tourists’ behavior in the development of human and social capital of the local community

tourism development has many economic, cultural and social effects on the local community. the purpose of this research is to investigate the role of tourists’ behavior in the development of human and social capital of the local community. the research is descriptive-survey. the statistical population is all the tourists of sarein city and the local community of this city, and the statistical sample of 367 tourists and the same number from the local community of sarein city was selected using available sampling method. the data collection method was a questionnaire, and content validity, convergent and divergent validity were used for the validity of the questionnaire, and its reliability was confirmed through cronbach’s alpha. in order to test the hypotheses of the research, the structural equation modeling test was used, and smartpls software were used to analyze the data. the findings of the research showed that the behavior of tourists has a positive and significant effect on the human capital and social capital of the local community. the results of the research showed that in the comparison between the influence of human and social capital on tourism, social capital has the most influence on the behavior of tourists. as a result, attention to tourism is more important in terms of social capital development. based on the results and findings of the research, it is suggested to pay attention to the human and social effects of tourists in addition to the economic impact of tourism in the policy making of tourism programs.
