عوامل و محرک‌های موثر بر امنیت شغلی راهنمایان گردشگری شهر تهران

راهنمایان گردشگری، در نقش رابط بین گردشگران و جوامع مقصد، با ارائۀ خدمات و بیان جذابیت جاذبه‌ها و مکان‌های گردشگری می‌توانند نقش مهمی در توسعۀ گردشگری داشته باشند. با توجه به نقش این راهنمایان در توسعۀ گردشگری، توجه به آنان و شناسایی عوامل موثر بر امنیت شغلی آنان سبب توسعۀ گردشگری خواهد شد. هدف از این پژوهش بررسی عوامل و محرک‌های موثر بر امنیت شغلی راهنمایان گردشگری شهر تهران است. پژوهش ازنظر هدف کاربردی است و با روش توصیفی  پیمایشی صورت گرفته است. جامعۀ آماری شامل راهنمایان گردشگری در شهر تهران است، که با روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده 210 راهنمای گردشگری برای نمونه انتخاب‌شده است. بنابر نتایج پژوهش، 152 نفر معادل 74.2 درصد راهنمایان گردشگری بر این نظر بودند که امنیت شغلی ندارند. نتایج پژوهش درزمینۀ شاخص‌های موثر بر امنیت شغلی راهنمایان گردشگری نشان می‌دهد که رفتار، قدرت بیان، ظاهر و پوشش، مسئولیت‌پذیری، مهارت ارتباطی، نگرش حرفه‌ای، داشتن اطلاعات دقیق، مربیگری/ مدیریت، دانش، بیمه و حقوق کاری اثرگذاری بیشتری بر امنیت شغلی راهنمایان گردشگری دارد. نتایج بررسی عوامل کلی موثر بر امنیت شغلی راهنمایان گردشگری شهر تهران نشان می‌دهد که عامل فردی  شخصی با ضریب تاثیر 0.647، عامل تخصصی  حرفه‌ای با ضریب تاثیر 0.550 و عامل نهادی  سیاستی با ضریب تاثیر 0.464 به‌ترتیب بیشترین اثر را بر امنیت شغلی راهنمایان گردشگری شهر تهران داشته‌اند.

factors and drivers affecting the job security of tourist guides of tehran

tourist guides, as a link between tourists and destination communities, can play an important role in tourism development by providing services, expressing the attractiveness of tourist attractions and places. considering the role of these guides in the development of tourism, paying attention to them and identifying the factors affecting their job security can lead to the development of tourism. the purpose of this study is to investigate factors and drivers affecting the job security of tourist guides in tehran. the purpose of this research is applied, and its method is descriptive-survey. the statistical population includes tourist guides in tehran. with simple random sampling method, 210 tourist guides were selected as samples. the research results showed 152 people, equivalent to 74.2% of tourist guides, believed that they do not have job security and are facing job insecurity. the results of the research on the indicators affecting the job security of tourist guides showed that behavior, power of expression, appearance and dress, responsibility, communication skills, professional attitude, having accurate information, coach/management, knowledge, insurance, and job rights have greater impact on the job security of tourist guides. the results in the field of general factors affecting the job security of tourist guides of tehran showed that among the 3 general research factors, respectively, the individual-personal factor with an impact factor (0.647), the specialized-professional factor with an impact factor (.550) 0) and the institutional-policy factor with an impact factor (0.464) had the greatest impacts on the job security of tourist guides in tehran
