ارزیابی تاثیر پیامدهای کرونا بر شاخص‌های hse در صنعت هتل‌داری

این پژوهش با هدف ارزیابی تاثیر پیامدهای کرونا بر شاخص‌های hse در صنعت هتل‌داری انجام شده است. جامعهٔ آماری این پژوهش شامل 17 نفر از خبرگان و استادان حوزهٔ گردشگری بود که به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و گلوله‌برفی انتخاب شدند. در این پژوهش ابتدا، با مروری بر مبانی نظری، پیامدهای کرونا بر شاخص‌های hse شناسایی شدند. سپس، به‌‌منظور استخراج نظرهای متخصصان از ابزار پرسش‌نامه و روش دیمتل فازی استفاده شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که پیامدهای کرونا بر ارتقای شاخص‌های بهداشتی، ایمنی و محیط زیستی تاثیرگذار است. از نظر میزان تاثیرگذاری کرونا، ارتقای شاخص‌های بهداشتی در رتبهٔ اول، ارتقای شاخص‌های محیط زیستی در رتبهٔ دوم و ارتقای شاخص‌های ایمنی در رتبهٔ سوم قرار گرفتند. همچنین، از بین عوامل مختلف hse، شاخص‌های خودگردانی در واحدهای بهداشتی، استقرار سیستم‌های مدیریت ایمنی و پایش عوامل زیان‌آور به‌عنوان مهم‌ترین پیامدهای اثرگذار کرونا بر ارتقای شاخص‌های hse در هتل‌ها بودند. ارتقای شاخص‌های hse در صنعت هتل‌داری موجب می‌شود که تصمیم‌گیران این صنعت در پی راه‌هایی برای افزایش سلامتی، ایمنی، محافظت از محیط زیست و خطرات مالی بعدی باشند.

assessing the impact of corona impacts on the promotion of hse indicators in hotels

this research was conducted to evaluate the impact of the covid-19 pandemic on health, safety, and environment (hse) indicators in the hotel industry. the statistical population for this study consisted of 17 experts and professors in the field of tourism, selected through purposeful and snowball sampling methods. in this research, the consequences of covid-19 on hse indicators were identified by first reviewing theoretical foundations. subsequently, to extract expert opinions, a questionnaire tool and the fuzzy delphi method were utilized. the results of the research indicated that the consequences of covid-19 have a significant impact on the improvement of health, safety, and environmental indicators. in terms of the magnitude of the impact of covid-19, the enhancement of health indicators ranked first, followed by improvement in environmental indicators and safety indicators. among various hse factors, self-regulation indicators in health units, the establishment of safety management systems, and monitoring of hazardous factors were identified as the most influential consequences of covid-19 on the enhancement of hse indicators in hotels. the enhancement of hse indicators in the hotel industry leads decision-makers in this sector to seek ways to increase health, safety, environmental protection, and mitigate subsequent financial risks.
