چالش‌های استقرار بلاک چین در زنجیرهٔ تامین خدمات گردشگری

قابلیت‌های گوناگون و متعدد فنّاوری بلاک‌چین، که در انقلاب صنعتی نسل چهارم بروز یافت، سبب شد صنایع گوناگون به فکر استفاده از این فنّاوری در بسترهای گوناگون خود باشند. اما استفاده از این فنّاوری با چالش‌هایی برای صنایع گوناگون ازجمله صنعت گردشگری کشور همراه بوده است. هدف از انجام این پژوهش شناسایی چالش‌های استقرار فنّاوری بلاک‌چین در زنجیرهٔ تامین خدمات گردشگری کشور و همچنین ارائهٔ پیشنهادهای عملی به‌منظور برون‌رفت از این چالش‌ها است. برای انجام این پژوهش در ابتدا، با استفاده از مطالعهٔ پیشینهٔ پژوهش، چالش‌های استقرار فنّاوری بلاک‌چین در زنجیرهٔ تامین خدمات گردشگری بررسی شد. در ادامه، این چالش‌ها با استفاده از تکنیک مدل‌سازی ساختاری تفسیری به‌شکل سیستمی ساختارمند درآمدند. به‌منظور برازش سیستم ساختاری شکل‌گرفته از تکنیک معادلات ساختاری با کاربرد از نرم‌افزار smartpls3 استفاده شد. جامعهٔ آماری پژوهش حاضر را همهٔ خبرگان، مدیران و معاونان درگیر در حوزهٔ خدمات گردشگری کشور تشکیل می‌دهد. نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که 9 چالش شناسایی‌شده در این پژوهش در 6 سطح کلی ساختاربندی شده‌اند و عامل قوانین و مقررات دولتی به‌منزلهٔ پایه‌ای‌ترین چالش بر سر راه استقرار فنّاوری بلاک‌چین در زنجیرهٔ تامین خدمات گردشگری شناسایی شده است.

the challenges of blockchain deployment in the supply chain of tourism services

the various possibilities of blockchain technology that have appeared in i 4.0 have led various industries to think about using this technology in their various platforms. however, the use of this technology poses challenges for various industries, including the country’s tourism industry. the objective of this research is to identify the challenges in implementing blockchain technology in the country’s tourism service chain and to provide practical suggestions to overcome these challenges. to conduct this research, the challenges in implementing blockchain technology in the tourism service supply chain were investigated using the research background study. subsequently, these challenges were transformed into a structured system using the interpretive structural modeling technique. to fit the formed structural system, the structural equations technique was used with smartpls3 software. the statistical population of the current research consists of all experts, managers and assistants working in the field of tourism services in the country. the research results show that the 9 challenges identified in this research are divided into 6 general levels. the research results also show that the factor of government laws and regulations was identified as the most fundamental challenge to the implementation of blockchain technology in the supply chain of tourism services
