تحلیلی بر اهمیت و عملکرد مولفه‌های موثر در پیشگیری از جرم در مقاصد گردشگری با رویکرد طراحی محیطی (مورد مطالعه: محور گردشگری میدان امام علی (ع) و میدان نقش جهان اصفهان)

مکان‌های مورد بازدید گردشگران به‌دلیل حجم زیاد گردشگر و گردش مالی بالا می‌توانند به‌تدریج به مکان‌های پرخطر تبدیل شوند. استفاده از طراحی محیطی یکی از مناسب‌ترین اقدامات برای پیشگیری از وقوع جرم و افزایش پایداری محیط در این مقاصد است. با توجه به اهمیت موضوع و عدم‌توجه کافی به اصول طراحی محیطی در سایت‌‌های گردشگری، این مقاله به‌منظور ارزیابی اهمیت و عملکرد مولفه‌های موثر در پیشگیری از جرم در محور گردشگری میدان امام علی (ع) و میدان نقش جهان اصفهان به نگارش درآمده است. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و از لحاظ روش توصیفی - تحلیلی است. شیوهٔ گردآوری داده‌ها کتابخانه‌ای و میدانی بوده است. با مرور ادبیات، 35 مولفهٔ موثر در پیشگیری از جرم شناسایی و در قالب پرسش‌نامه بین خبرگان توزیع شد. درنهایت، داده‌ها به‌کمک تحلیل اهمیت - عملکرد تجزیه‌وتحلیل شدند. با توجه به نتایج، مولفه‌های «تعداد کاربری‌های تجاری - اداری و نیمه‌وقت در بدنهٔ معابر بیرونی و درونی»، «برگزاری مراسم‌های آیینی»، «میزان نظافت و پاکیزگی» و «میزان استقرار کاربری‌های جاذب جمعیت» به‌ترتیب بیشترین میانگین عملکرد و مولفه‌های «نفوذپذیری»، «ایجاد تصویر مثبت در ذهن گردشگران»، «وجود امنیت و القای حس آن به گردشگران»، «کاهش فضاهای متروکه و مخروبه»، «حذف زوایای پنهان» و «کنترل کاربری‌های دارای هنجاری‌های اجتماعی» به‌ترتیب بیشترین میانگین اهمیت را داشتند.

analysis of the importance and performance of effective components in preventing crime in tourist destinations with an environmental design approach. (case study: tourist axis of imam ali (as) square and naghsh-e jahan square, isfahan)

the places frequently visited by tourists can become high-risk areas due to the high volume of tourists and significant financial activity. using environmental design is one of the most effective ways to prevent crime and improve environmental sustainability in these destinations. this article evaluates the importance and effectiveness of various components in preventing crime in the imam ali (as) square and naqsh-e jahan square axis in isfahan. the research follows a purposeful and descriptive-analytical method. data was collected through library and field research. after identifying 35 effective components in crime prevention through literature review, experts were asked to complete a questionnaire. the data was then analyzed using importance-performance analysis. the results showed that components such as &several commercial-administrative and part-time uses in external and internal roadways,& &holding ceremonial events,& &level of cleanliness,& and &level of establishment of population-attracting uses& had the highest average performance. on the other hand, components like &permeability,& &creating a positive image in the minds of tourists,& &presence of security and instilling a sense of security in tourists,& &reduction of abandoned and ruined spaces,& &elimination of hidden corners,& and &control of uses with social norms& were found to have the highest average importance.
