تدوین مدل پارادایمیک توسعهٔ پایدار گردشگری جمهوری اسلامی ایران

در بسیاری از کشورها، گردشگری راه اصلی و چه‌بسا تنها راه توسعه است. بنابراین، باید مطمئن بود گردشگری به شیوه‌ای توسعه یابد که سهم آن در توسعهٔ پایدار مقصد بهینه باشد. هدف پژوهش حاضر تدوین مدل بومی‌سازی‌شده به‌منظور توسعهٔ پایدار گردشگری برای جمهوری اسلامی ایران است. روش پژوهش تحلیل داده‌بنیاد است و جامعهٔ آماری این پژوهش متشکل از خبرگان صنعت گردشگری است که به روش گلوله‌برفی انتخاب شده و مورد مصاحبهٔ نیمه‌ساختار‌یافته قرار گرفته‏اند. دستاورد اصلی این پژوهش ارائهٔ مدلی هم‌پیوند و شبکه‌ای برای توسعهٔ پایدار گردشگری شامل عوامل سببی (نگرانی‏های زیست‌محیطی ایران، اهمیت تاثیرات گردشگری و بُعد ژئوپولیتیک ایران)، عوامل محوری (پایداری منابع گردشگری، آینده‌نگری در حفظ منابع گردشگری و عدالت و برابری در استفاده از منابع گردشگری)، عوامل زمینه‌ای (مشارکت و انسجام ذی‌نفعان گردشگری، فرهنگ‌سازی با توجه به گردشگری و آموزش و پژوهش گردشگری)، عوامل ساختاری (حس مکان گردشگری، مدیریت مالی گردشگری، ایمنی و امنیت در گردشگری، علم و فنّاوری‏های نوین گردشگری و حکمروایی خوب در گردشگری)، عوامل مدیریتی (خط‌مشی‌گذاری و برنامه‌ریزی گردشگری، بازاریابی گردشگری، مدیریت منابع زیست‌محیطی کشور، مدیریت منابع گردشگری، مدیریت کیفیت جامع گردشگری و ارزیابی و نظارت پایداری گردشگری) و عوامل پیامدی (غنای فرهنگی کشور، حفاظت از منابع گردشگری، رضایت گردشگران و رفاه و کیفیت زندگی) است.

a paradigmatic model of sustainable tourism development in islamic republic of iran

tourism, in most countries, is the main, if not the only, way of development. therefore, it is important to make sure that tourism is developing in a way that its share in sustainable development become optimised. the current research aims to develop a localized model for tourism sustainable development in islamic republic of iran. the research method used in this research is granded theory analysis and the sample is comprised of experts of tourism industry selected by snowball sampling method. they were interviewed using semi-structured interview. the main result of this research is to develop an integrated of sustainable tourism development model and a network of causal factors (environmental concerns, importance of tourism effects and iran’s geopolitic aspect), core factors (sustainability of tourism resources, foresight in tourism resources conservation and equity in utilizing the tourism resources), contextual factors (unity and involvement of tourism stakeholders, tourism cultivation, and tourism research and education), structural factors (tourism sense of place, tourism financial management, security and safety in tourism, new science and technologies in tourism and good governance in tourism), administrative factors (tourism planning and policy making, tourism marketing, national environmental resource management, tourism resource management, tourism total quality management and sustainable tourism appraisal and monitoring) and consequencial factors (cultural enrichment of islamic iran, tourism resource conservation, tourists’ satisfaction and quality and wellbeing of life).
