تبیین و ارائۀ مدل کارکرد و توسعۀ کیوتوریسم در گردشگری پایدار (مورد مطالعه: مجموعۀ شیخ صفی، شهر اردبیل)

کیوتوریسم فنّاوری مرتبط با کاربرد کیوآرکدها در فعالیت‌های گردشگری است. در این فنّاوری، داده‌ها و اطلاعات لازم در خصوص جاذبه‌های گردشگری یک ناحیه در داخل کیوآرکدها ذخیره می‌شوند و گردشگران از طریق فنّاوری‌های هوشمند از آن‌ها استفاده می‌کنند. در سال‌های گذشته، استفاده از فنّاوری در مکان‌های مهم گردشگری کشور رواج یافته و مجموعۀ تاریخی بین‌المللی شیخ صفی در شهر اردبیل، در دو سال گذشته، از کیوآکدها در داخل مجموعه استفاده کرده است. مسئلۀ مهم در این فنّاوری کارکردها و کیفیت طرح کیوتوریسم و پیامدهای آن در توسعۀ گردشگری و تبیین این تاثیرات در قالب چهارچوب و مدل است. بر همین اساس، هدف اصلی این پژوهش تدوین و ارائۀ مدلی برای تبیین کارکرد و تاثیرات کیوتوریسم بر مبنای توسعۀ گردشگری پایدار است. برای این منظور، ابتدا میزان رضایت گردشگران از مجموعه ویژگی‌ها و بخش‌های گوناگون طرح کیوتوریسم و میزان تاثیرات آن در 224 گردشگر ورودی به مجموعۀ شیخ صفی، از طریق آزمون‌های آماری، ارزیابی شد و سپس با کمک مدل تحلیلی کیو براساس دیدگاه 15 تن از کارشناسان حوزۀ کیوتوریسم، الگوهای فکری شناسایی و تحلیل شدند و درنهایت، با تحلیل کیفی مجموعه اطلاعات حاصله، مدل پیشنهادی ارائه شد. مدل پیشنهادی شامل هشت مولفۀ اصلی یکپارچه‌سازی کیوتوریسم، ترکیب تورگردانی مجازی و حقیقی، فرهنگ‌پذیری کیوتوریسم، تنوع‌سازی عملکرد کیوتوریسم، نفوذ کیوتوریسم در سیستم گردشگری، ارزیابی تطبیقی کیوتوریسم، ترکیب با دیگر فنّاوری‌ها و تطبیق آن با حوزۀ نفوذ گردشگری است.

Explanation and determining model of the function and development in Qtourism based on sustainable tourism (Case study: Sheikhsafi collection, Ardebil city)

E-tourism is one of the most widely used items in tourism development. Qtourism is a technology related to the use of QRcodes in tourism activities. In this technology, the necessary information about the tourism attractions are stored inside QRcodes and used by smart technologies for tourists. In recent years, the use of technology has become popular in important tourist destinations of the country and the Sheikh Safi International Historical Complex in Ardabil has launched a project of tourism within the complex. An important issue is the extent of impacts on tourism development. Explaining these impacts in the context of a model can provide a favorable perspective on the range of effects and consequences of tourism. Accordingly, the main purpose of this study is to develop and present a model to explain the function and effects of Qtourism on sustainable tourism development. For this purpose, the tourists’ satisfaction with the set of features and different parts of the tourism project and its impact from 224 tourists to the Sheikh Safi complex through statistical tests, and then the analytical model of Q Based on the views of 15 experts in the field of tourism, thought patterns, identification and analysis, and with a qualitative analysis, proposed model was presented. The proposed model includes eight main components of tourism integration, combination of virtual and real tourism, culturalization of tourism, diversification of tourism performance, influence of tourism in tourism system, comparative evaluation of tourism, combination with other technologies and its adaptation to the tourism extent.
