تحلیل پیچیدگی و پویایی ابعاد و مولفه‌‌های گردشگری پایدار از منظر اقتصادی با استفاده از الگوی تفسیری پویایی‌‌های سیستم

در پژوهش‌های متعدد مبهم‌بودن مفهوم گردشگری پایدار یکی از موانع پیاده‌سازی آن بوده و بر بروزرسانی آن متناسب با مقتضیات زمان و مکان تاکید شده است؛ بنابراین هدف از پژوهش حاضر ارائۀ چارچوب و الگوی تفسیری گردشگری پایدار از منظر اقتصادی بوده است. ازاین‌رو با استفاده از مطالعات انجام‌شده و مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختار‌یافته با خبرگان (با روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند تا رسیدن به اشباع) به تبیین ابعاد و مولفه‌های این مفهوم و سپس به تحلیل پیچیدگی‌ و پویایی‌های میان آن‌ها پرداخته شده است. با بهره‌گیری از تحلیل محتوا، چهار بعد اصلی شامل توزیع تاثیرات مثبت، افزایش درآمد، تاب‌آوری مشاغل گردشگری و کنترل تاثیرات منفی در قالب 12 بعد فرعی و 41 شاخص تعیین شده است. همچنین تعریف جامع‌تری از مفهوم گردشگری پایدار ارائه شده است: نوعی گردشگری که ضمن کسب درآمد، بر توزیع ثروت به‌دست‌آمده، کنترل آثار منفی و تاب‌آوری مشاغل گردشگری نیز متمرکز است. سپس با استفاده از تفکر سیستمی، مدل مفهومی اقتصاد گردشگری پایدار، براساس روابط علّی و معلولی بین ابعاد اصلی و فرعی ترسیم شد که با اصلاح و تایید خبرگان به اشباع رسید. الگوی پیشنهادی، با تاکید بر پیچیدگی و پویایی سیستم گردشگری، نشان می‌دهد که تغییر یک عامل در این سیستم  در کل سیستم تاثیر می‌گذارد. همچنین یافته‌ها بیانگر لزوم اتخاذ نگاهی جامع و سیستمی به اقتصاد گردشگری پایدار و شبیه‌سازی و تحلیل حساسیت، قبل از اعمال هرگونه سیاست‌های مداخله‌ای است.

Analysis of the Complexity and Dynamics of the Dimensions and Components of the Sustainable Tourism from an Economic Perspective Using Interpretive Model of System Dynamics

in many studies, the ambiguity of the concept of sustainable tourism has been considered one of the obstacles to its implementation, and it is emphasized to update it according to the requirements of time and place, Therefore, the purpose of this study is to provide a framework and interpretive model of sustainable tourism from an economic perspective. Therefore, using studies and semi-structured interviews with experts (by purposeful sampling to achieve saturation), the dimensions and components of this concept are explained and then the complexities and dynamics between them are analyzed. 4 main dimensions including distribution of positive effects, increase in income, resilience of tourism businesses and control of negative effects were identified in the form of 12 sub-dimensions and 41 indicators using content analysis. According to the research proposed framework, a more comprehensive definition of sustainable tourism from an economic perspective was also provided:  A type of tourism that, while earning money, focuses on the distribution of wealth, controlling negative effects, and resilience of tourism businesses. Then, using system thinking, the conceptual model of sustainable tourism economy was drawn based on causal relationships between main and sub-dimensions Which reached saturation with the correction and approval of experts. The proposed model, emphasizing the complexity and dynamics of the tourism system, showed that changing one factor in this system can affect the whole system., the findings also indicate the need to take a comprehensive and systematic look at the sustainable tourism economy and simulate and analyze sensitivity before implementing any intervention policies.
