الگوی عوامل محیطی توسعه گردشگری دسترس‌پذیر برای افراد دارای معلولیت جسمی حرکتی (مورد مطالعه: شهر تهران)

افراد دارای معلولیت، برای شرکت در فعالیت‌های گردشگری به عنوان حقی فرهنگی و فرصتی جهت ادغام آنان در جامعه، با مشکلات عدیده‌ای از سوی محیط روبرو هستند که این مشکلات بر تمایل آنها برای مشارکت در فعالیت‌های گردشگری تاثیر گذارند. از این رو، در پژوهش حاضر تلاش شده است محدودیت‌ها و موانع محیطی (محیط خرد و کلان) پیش روی این افراد جهت شرکت در فعالیت‌های گردشگری شناسایی شده و وضعیت این عوامل بررسی گردد. پژوهش به روش ترکیبی در دو مرحله‌ی کیفی (شناسایی مولفه‌ها و عوامل محیطی توسعه گردشگری دسترس‌پذیر برای افراد دارای معلولیت جسمیحرکتی از طریق مصاحبه عمیق نیمه ساختاریافته با خبرگان علمی و اجرایی) و کمی (طراحی پرسشنامه توسط محققین بر اساس شاخص‌های بدست آمده از مرحله کیفی و توزیع در بین 150 گردشگر دارای معلولیت در شهر تهران) انجام گرفته است. با انجام کدگذاری‌های باز و محوری با استفاده از نرم افزار maxqda، تحلیل محتوای مصاحبه‌های مرحله اول انجام شد و 2 مقوله اصلی، 12 مفهوم اصلی و 45 مفهوم فرعی شناسایی گردید. مرحله کمی با استفاده از روش حداقل مربعات جزئی و نرم افزار smartpls3 صورت پذیرفت. در نهایت، عوامل: برنامه‌ریزی و خط‌مشی‌گذاری، مناسب‌سازی اماکن بخش گردشگری، حمل و نقل، محصولات و خدمات گردشگری، منابع انسانی، اطلاعات و فناوری و تجهیزات، به عنوان عوامل محیط خرد (صنعت گردشگری) و عوامل: برنامه‌ریزی و سیاستگذاری، عوامل اقتصادی، کالبدی، فرهنگی و اجتماعی به عنوان عوامل محیط کلان توسعه گردشگری دسترس‌پذیر برای افراد دارای معلولیت جسمیحرکتی شناخته شد.

Model of Environmental Factors of Accessible Tourism Development for People with Physical Disabilities (The Case: Tehran)

To participate in tourism activities as a cultural right and an opportunity for their social integration, people with disabilities face various environmental barriers which affect their tendency to participate in tourism activities. Therefore, in the present study, an attempt has been made to identify and investigate the environmental barriers and limitations (micro and macro environment) faced by these people for participating in tourism activities. This study is carried out using mixedmethod in two stages of qualitative (identifying the environmental indicators and factors of accessible tourism development for people with physical disabilities through indepth, semistructured interview with scientific and executive experts) and quantitative (Designing the questionnaires by researchers based on indicators obtained from the qualitative stage and distributing them among 150 tourists with disabilities in Tehran). Making use of open and central coding with Maxqda software, the content analysis of the first stage interviews was carried out and 2 main categories, 12 main concepts and 45 subconcepts were identified. The quantitative stage was carried out using the partial least squares method and SmartPLS3 software. Consequently, planning and policymaking, transportation, tourism places, tourism products and services, human resources, information, technology and equipment, were identified as microenvironmental factors (tourism industry). Also planning and policymaking, economic, physical, cultural, and social factors were identified as the macroenvironment factors of accessible tourism development for people with physical disabilities.
