شناسایی و تحلیل عملکرد – اهمیت عوامل موثر بر گردشگری دریایی (مورد مطالعه: بندر خرمشهر)

هدف تحقیق حاضر شناسایی و تحلیل اهمیت عملکرد عوامل موثر در گردشگری دریایی در بندر خرمشهر می‌باشد. این پژوهش از لحاظ هدف کاربردی، از لحاظ نحوه گردآوری داده‌ها توصیفی – اکتشافی و از نوع تحقیقات آمیخته می‌باشد. بعد از شناسایی عوامل با استفاده از تحقیقات گذشته و مصاحبه با خبرگان (مصاحبه‌شوندگان نهایی 5 نفر)، دو پرسشنامه برای تحقیق طراحی شد. برای پرسشنامه اول (پرسشنامه دسته‌بندی عوامل)، جامعه آماری تحقیق گردشگرانی بودند که در سال 13961397 از بندر خرمشهر بازدید کردند. حجم نمونه با استفاده از فرمول کوکران 384 نفر برآورد شد که به روش غیرتصادفی دردسترس انتخاب شدند. برای پاسخ به پرسشنامه دوم جهت تحلیل عملکرد اهمیت، 7 نفر از گردشگران به روش قضاوتی انتخاب شدند. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از نرم‌افزارهای spss و اکسل استفاده شد. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که پنج متغیر تسهیلات رفاهی – خدماتی، عوامل ایمنی و امنیتی، عوامل اجتماعی – فرهنگی، امکانات و جاذبه‌‌های گردشگری و عوامل مربوط به دسترسی و آمد و شد بر بهبود گردشگری دریایی تاثیر دارند. همچنین آزمون تحلیل عملکرد – اهمیت نشان داد که دو عامل امکانات و جاذبه‌های گردشگری و تسهیلات رفاهی و خدماتی عواملی هستند که باید بندر خرمشهر بر آنها تمرکز نماید.

Identification and Importance - Performance Analysis Factors Affecting Maritime Tourism (Case Study: Khorramshahr Port

The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the Importance Performance of the factors affecting maritime tourism in Khorramshahr port. This research is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of data collection, descriptiveexploratory and mix research type. After identifying factors using past research and interviewing experts (final interviewees, 5 people), two questionnaires were designed for research. For the first questionnaire (factorization questionnaire), the statistical population of the study was tourists who visited Khorramshahr in 13961393. The sample size was estimated using Cochran’s formula of 384 people who were randomly selected. To answer the second questionnaire for Importance Performance, 7 tourists were selected by judgment method. Data were analyzed using SPSS and Excel software. The results of the research showed that five variables of welfare services facilities, safety and security factors, sociocultural factors, tourism facilities and attractions, and traffic and access factors affect the improvement of maritime tourism. Also, Importance Performance analysis showed that two factors of tourism facilities and attractions and welfare services facilities are factors that should be focused on the port of Khoramshahr.
