ارزیابی تاثیر آمادگی الکترونیکی در گردشگری الکترونیکی؛ نمونة موردی: ادارة کل میراث فرهنگی گردشگری و صنایع دستی استان آذربایجان شرقی

هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی آمادگی الکترونیکی اداره‌ی کل میراث فرهنگی گردشگری و صنایع دستی استان آذربایجان شرقی در جهت توسعه‌ی گردشگری الکترونیک در استان می‌باشد. پس از مطالعه‌ی ادبیات داخلی و خارجی به‌ منظور جمع‌آوری داده‌های موردنیاز پرسشنامه‌ی سنجش آمادگی الکترونیکی با 20 سوال به تعداد 60 نفر توزیع شد که از آن تعداد 50 عدد بازگشت داده شد. در پژوهش حاضر برای آزمون فرضیات و مدل مفهومی پژوهش از روش حداقل مربعات جزئی یا مدل معادلات ساختاری مبتنی بر واریانس (pls) استفاده شد و با استفاده از دو نرم‌افزار spss 23 و smartpls 3 اثر متغیرهای استخراج شده بر یکدیگر مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. هر چند نتایج نشان دهنده‌ی آمادگی الکترونیکی پایین اداره کل میراث فرهنگی استان بود در عین حال ارتباط مثبت هر سه شاخص آمادگی زیرساختی با ضریب 0.245، آمادگی سازمانی با ضریب 0.377 و آمادگی خدماتی و سیستمی با ضریب 0.257 با توسعه‌ی گردشگری الکترونیکی در استان آذربایجان‌شرقی تائید گردید.

The Impact of E- Readiness on E-Tourism (Case Study: The Administration of the Cultural Heritage Department of Tourism and Handicrafts of East Azerbaijan Province)

Tourism is a great economic, social, environmental, political and ideological power. Countries in this field have succeeded that using the information and communication technology in this industry and finding new ways to effectively use the capabilities of this sector. The purpose of the present study was to investigate the ereadiness of the Directorate General of Cultural Heritage of Tourism and Handicrafts in Iran’s East Azerbaijan Province in order to develop Etourism. For the purpose of collecting the required data, an ereadiness Likert Spectrum questionnaire with 20 questions was distributed to 50 people and using the PLSSEM and using the two SPSS 23 and SmartPLS 3 software, the effects of extracted variables on each other were studied. Although the results indicated low ereadiness of the Office of the Cultural Heritage of the province, the positive relationship of all three indicators of infrastructure preparedness with a coefficient of 0.245, organizational readiness with a coefficient of 0.377, and service and system readiness with a coefficient of 0.257 The development of electronic tourism in the East Azerbaijan province was confirmed.
