تحلیل شبکۀ دسترسی به هتل ها با توجه به توزیع مقاصد گردشگری (مطالعۀ موردی: شهر اصفهان)

اقامتگاه های گردشگری به عنوان مبداء و مقصد بازدید های روزانه در شهرها از اهمیت بسیاری برخوردار هستند، مکان‌یابی صحیح هتل ها و سایر اقامتگاه های گردشگری می تواند باعث آسایش گردشگران در زمینه حمل ونقل، کاهش ترافیک شهری، عدم سردرگمی گردشگران در فضاهای شهری و همچنین افزایش نقش منحصر به فرد آن در اقتصاد گردشگری و توسعه هتل داری گردد. پژوهش حاضر به بررسی وضعیت مکانی و موقعیت جغرافیایی هتل ها، وضعیت دسترسی جاذبه های گردشگری شهر اصفهان با اقامت گاه های گردشگری پرداخته است. اطلاعات مورد نیاز به روش کتابخانه ای، اسنادی، و مراجعه به سازمان ها و ادارات مربوط جمع آوری شده است. سپس داده ها جهت ورود به نرم افزار gis، آماده سازی و برای تحلیل داده ها از ابزار network analyst استفاده شده است. جهت نشان دادن موقعیت بهترین اقامت گاه های گردشگری نسبت به جاذبه ها گردشگری از ابزار new location_allocation استفاده گردید و مشخص شد که هتل مهر بهترین دسترسی را نسبت به جاذبه های تاریخی، هتل مروارید بهترین دسترسی نسبت به جاذبه های تفریحی و هتل کوثر بهترین دسترسی نسبت به جاذبه های تاریخی، گردشگری و تفریحی دارد. نتایج نشان داد که، بیشتر مراکز تفریحی شهر اصفهان، فاصله بهینه ای با اقامت گاه های گردشگری ندارند وهمچنین مشخص شد که توزیع فضایی اقامت گاه های گردشگری شهر اصفهان متاثر از جاذبه های گردشگری نمی باشد.

Processing and network analysis of spatial and tourist resorts in GIS (Case study of hotels in Isfahan)

Today, optimal access of tourists to tourism elements is one of the important issues in urban tourism planning. Meanwhile, tourist destinations are of great importance as the source and destination of daytrips in cities. For this reason, the proper location of hotels and other tourist residences can be a source of comfort for tourists in terms of transportation and also increase its unique role in tourism and hotel development. The present study investigates the location and geographical location of hotels, the accessibility status of tourism attractions of Isfahan city with tourist resorts. The required information is collected through library, documentary, and referral to related organizations and agencies. Data were then used for data entry into the GIS software, and the Network Analyst tool was used to analyze the data. The New Location Allocation tool was used to show the best tourist destinations as compared to tourist attractions. It was determined that the Mehr Hotel has the best access to historic attractions, the Pearl Hotel has the best access to the attraction The Kusar Resort Spa has the best access to historical and recreational attractions. The results showed that most recreational centers in Isfahan did not have optimal distance with tourist accommodation. Also, it was revealed that the spatial distribution of tourism residences in Isfahan is not influenced by tourism attractions.
