توسعه پایدار گردشگری در روستای ابیانه با استفاده از رویکرد پویایی‌ سیستم

گردشگری روستایی یکی از بزرگ‌ترین پدیده‌های اقتصادی اجتماعی زیست‌محیطی جهانی برای کمک به توسعه نواحی روستایی و رفع مشکلات این نواحی است. در کشور ما نیز با توجه به روند روزافزون تخریب روستاها و کاهش رونق کشاورزی، توسعه گردشگری در روستاها می‌تواند با ایجاد فعالیت‌های مکمل به احیای این نواحی کمک کرده و سبب دست‌یابی به توسعه پایدار در نواحی روستایی شود. روستای ابیانه در استان اصفهان با توجه به جاذبه‌های طبیعی، فرهنگی و مذهبی یک مقصد گردشگری مهم به شمار می‌رود، اما از ظرفیت‌های گردشگری فراوان این روستا به نحو احسن بهره‌برداری نمی‌شود. بنابراین، برنامه‌ریزی با دید بلندمدت و با رویکرد پایدار که اهداف درآمدی، فرهنگی و اجتماعی، و زیست محیطی را به صورت هم‌زمان مد نظر قرار می‌دهد در این منطقه از اهمیت بسزایی در راستای اهداف توسعه پایدار برخوردار است. لذا در این پژوهش با استفاده از رویکرد پویایی‌شناسی سیستم به شبیه‌سازی سیستم گردشگری در این منطقه پرداخته شده و سیاست‌های مناسب جهت توسعه ظرفیت گردشگری منطقه و جمعیت گردشگران با توجه به اهداف درآمدی و زیست‌محیطی شناسایی و شبیه‌سازی شده‌اند. داده‌های مورد نیاز برای ساخت مدل از سه گروه خبرگان صنعت گردشگری، گردشگران و اهالی ابیانه و همچنین اسناد موجود در این زمینه گردآوری شده است. شش سیاست مختلف در زمینه چگونگی تخصیص بودجه به زیرساخت‌ها، خدمات فرهنگی، خدمات درمانی بهداشتی و صنایع دستی منطقه شناسایی و مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفته‌اند. مقایسه سیاست‌های متفاوت پیشنهادی نشان می‌دهد بهترین سیاست، تخصیص بیشتر بودجه برای زیرساخت‌سازی و علی الخصوص زیرساخت‌های اقامتیرفاهی و پس از آن زیرساخت‌های ورودی خروجی است.

Sustainable tourism development in village of Abyaneh using the System Dynamic approach

Rural tourism is one of the largest socioeconomicenvironmental issues to develop rural areas and address the problems of them. In our country, due to the increasing trend of rural destruction and the decline of agriculture, rural tourism development can contribute to the revival of these areas and will lead to sustainable development in rural areas.Abyaneh is a village in Isfahan province and given the natural, historical and cultural attractions it is home to, it is counted as an important tourism destination; However due to some shortages, it appears that many tourism potentials of this village are not fully taken advantage of. Therefore, planning in a longterm vision with a sustainable approach considering income, cultural, social, and environmental goals in the same time seems important in this area. This paper is aimed at modelling and simulating the tourism system in village of Abyaneh using System Dynamics approach hoping to develop and investigate policies which best conduce to sustainable development considering economic, ecological, and cultural objectives simultaneously. The data needed are gathered from three groups of tourism industry experts, Abyaneh tourists and residents, as well as documents available in this field. Six different policies are evaluated on how to allocate funds to infrastructures, cultural services, health services, and handicrafts in the region. Results of analyzing different policies show that the best scenario which best fits the objectives of sustainable tourism development, would be spending the high proportion pf the development budget in improving the residential welfare infrastructures and road infrastructures, respectively.
