چکیده    اهمیت و نقش مخارج آموزشی یا سرمایه انسانی در فرایند رشد و توسعه اقتصادی کمتر از سرمایه فیزیکی نیست موفقیت یک کشور بستگی به این دارد که این کشور تا چه حد می تواند از توانایی افراد آن جامعه استفاده نماید افزایش و بهبود شاخص های مرتبط با رشد اقتصادی از قبیل افزایش سطحسواد از طریق مخارج آموزشی، صادرات، ثبات قیمت ها و افزایش درآمد سرانه وسایر شاخص های مرتبط در یک کشور علاوه براین که منابع اقتصادی جنبی مانند افزایش بهره وری و تولید را به همراه دارند، سرمایه انسانی به طرق مختلف مثل آموزش های رسمی و یا آموزش های ضمن خدمت در انسان ها و به ویژه نیروی کار تبلور و عینیت می یابد. آموزش تاثیرات اقتصادی و اجتماعی در پی دارد و موجب نوآوری، رشد اقتصادی و افزایش درآمد جامعه خواهد شد. سرمایهگذاری یا مخارج آموزشی در انسان و پیدایش سرمایه انسانی هم منجر به افزایش درآمد فردی شده و هم قابلیت و توانایی افراد را در تولید کل جامعه بالا می برد .

   Investigating The Impact of Education Costs and Its Relationship with Economic Growth

Abstract    AbstractOne of the most important global issues in the last decade is the issue of manpower training or innovative human capital. The United Nations has placed education at the heart of its development strategy because the mobility of intergenerational education raises the level of development. Although human capital has been discussed since the time of classical economists, what has been considered in recent decades is the modeling and presentation of models that include human resource training or the development of innovative human capital and economic growth. Institutionalized knowledge In the labor force, it is called human capital, which is obtained through factors such as education (formal, in-service, technical and professional, etc.) and experience, and the knowledge institutionalized in the machine and capital is also referred to as technology. they do . In today’s economics literature, the effect of educational expenditure on economic growth is mentioned as a macro effect and its effect on individual income and income distribution is mentioned as a micro effect of educational expenditure.
