بررسی نگرش دانشجویان به میزان اثربخشی عوامل موثر بر توسعه‌ی آموزش الکترونیکی (موردمطالعه: دانشگاه علوم دریایی امام خمینی (ره) نوشهر)

مبتنی بر نیازهای امروز کشور ایران در آموزش علوم دریایی و نفوذ آموزش الکترونیکی در طیف گسترده‌ای از فعالیت‌های آموزشی، بررسی میزان اثربخشی عوامل موثر بر توسعه‌ی آموزش الکترونیکی در آموزش علوم دریایی ضرورت می‌یابد. هدف اصلی تحقیق حاضر بررسی عوامل موثر بر توسعه‌ی آموزش الکترونیکی در دانشگاه علوم دریایی امام خمینی (ره) نوشهر است. تحقیق حاضر از نوع کاربردی و به روش توصیفیهمبستگی می‌باشد. جامعه‌ی آماری تحقیق شامل کلیه دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم دریایی امام خمینی (ره) نوشهر است. حجم نمونه‌ی آماری از طریق جدول مورگان 278 نفر تعیین گردید. داده‌های تحقیق از طریق پرسشنامه‌ی استاندارد (شاه‌حسینی و همکاران، 1394) جمع‌آوری گردید. روایی پرسشنامه از طریق بررسی مدل‌های اندازه‌گیری متغیرهای تحقیق و پایایی آن با پیش توزیع 30 پرسشنامه و استفاده از آزمون آلفای کرونباخ (آلفای کل 915/0) تایید شد. به‌منظور آزمون فرضیه‌ها، از مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری مبتنی بر تکنیک حداقل مربعات جزئی از طریق نرم‌افزار ویژوال پی.ال.اس 04/1استفاده گردید. نتایج نشان داد که تمامی فرضیه‌ها تایید شدند و از دیدگاه دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم دریایی امام خمینی (ره) نوشهر، تمامی عوامل به ترتیب اثرگذاری (عامل آموزشگاهی، فناوری، پشتیبانی منابع، مدیریت، طراحی رابط، اخلاقی، ارزشیابی و تربیتی) بر توسعه‌ی آموزش الکترونیکی تاثیر دارند. همچنین با توجه به نظامی بودن محیط دانشگاه علوم دریایی امام خمینی (ره) نوشهر اهم پیشنهادها ازاین‌قرار است که مسئولان و مدیران دانشگاه، می‌بایست زمان‌دار بودن خدمات را تضمین نمایند؛ مهارت کادر دانشگاهی (اساتید و کارکنان) در حوزه‌ی آموزش الکترونیکی به‌طور پیوسته می‌بایست مورد ارزیابی قرار گیرد و با توجه به ماهیت نظامی دانشگاه و با تاکید بر حوزه‌‌ی آموزش الکترونیک، سبک رهبری مناسب اتخاذ گردد.

Students' Attitudes to the Effectiveness of the Factors Affecting the Development of ELearning (Case Study: Imam Khomeini Marine Science University in Nowshahr)

Studying the effectiveness of the factors affecting the development of elearning in teaching marine science will become necessary based on Iran's needs in marine science and penetration of elearning in a wide range of educational activities. The aim of this study is to investigate the factors affecting the development of elearning in at the Imam Khomeini Marine Science University in Nowshahr. This applied study is descriptivecorrelation. The sample included all students of the university. The statistical sample size of 278 participants was determined through Morgan table. Research data were collected through the standard questionnaire (Shah Hoseiny et al., 1394). Its validity was confirmed through analysis of models measuring variables and reliability was confirmed by distributing 30 questionnaires using Cronbach's alpha (α=0.91). In order to test the hypotheses, structural equation modeling techniques based on partial least squares PLS Visual software 1.04 was used. The results showed that all hypotheses were confirmed and from the perspective of marine science students at the university, all factors (school operating, technology, support resources, management, interface design, ethics, evaluation and training) affect the development of elearning. Also according to the military environment of the university, most important offers are that officials and university administrators must ensure longlasting services and academic staff's (faculty and staff) skills in elearning area must continually be evaluated and given the nature of the university system, with an emphasis on elearning area, appropriate leadership style must be adopted.
