ارزیابی میزان تاثیر اجرای دوره‌های آموزشی طولی دانشگاه علوم دریایی امام خمینی(ره)در تحقق اهداف نیروی دریایی راهبردی

تحقیق حاضر با هدف بررسی میزان تاثیر دوره‌های طولی برگزار شده در دانشگاه علوم دریایی امام خمینی(ره) بر تحقق اهداف آموزشی نیروی دریایی راهبردی انجام پذیرفته است. در این تحقیق، جامعه آماری کلیه مدیران و فرماندهان سطوح میانی به بالای نداجا که حداقل 5 سال سابقه مدیریتی و فرماندهی داشته‌اند (691 نفر) در نظر گرفته شده که از میان آنان با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌‌ای 212 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شد‌ه‌اند. در خصوص گردآوری اطلاعات مورد نیاز جهت تبیین ادبیات تحقیق از روش کتابخانه‌ای و به منظور جمع‌آوری اطلاعات جهت آزمون فرضیه‌ها نیز از روش میدانی با استفاده از ابزار پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده گردیده است. جهت سنجش پایایی ابزار پرسشنامه از روش آلفای کرونباخ(921/0=α) استفاده شده جهت آزمون فرضیه‌ها و تحلیل روابط بین متغیرها از آزمون‏t تک‌ نمونه‌ای با استفاده از نرم‌افزار spss استفاده شده است. پس از تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات جمع‌آوری شده تمامی فرضیات تحقیق پذیرفته شده و این بدان مفهوم است که دوره‌های طولی اجراء شده در دانشگاه در راستای اهداف راهبردی نداجا بوده و در این میان میزان تاثیرگذاری این دوره‌ها بر روی شاخص‌های تعیین شده اهداف راهبردی نداجا نیز مشخص گردیده است.

An Evaluation of the extent of Effectiveness of Carrying out Long Courses in Maritime University of Imam Khomeini in Realization of the Objectives of Strategic Naval Forces

The present study aimed at investigating the extent of effectiveness of longitudinal courses held at Imam Khomeini Maritime University on realization of the educational objectives of strategic navy. The population of this study was all the middle and high level managers and commanders of navy who have at least five years of experience in managing and commanding (691 persons) from whom  212 persons were selected as the sample of the study through categorical random sampling. Library research was used for collecting data needed for literature review and a modified questionnaire was employed for testing the hypotheses. Cranach alpha (α=0.921) was used to calculate the reliability of the questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by survey and gathering experts' ideas. The collected data was analyzed through descriptive statistics. In order to test the hypotheses and find out the relationship between the variables, one sample ttest was used, using SPSS software. Independent variable of the study was longitudinal courses of the university including B.S., Advanced officers, and M.S. Moreover, its dependent variable was the extent of realization of strategic navy’s objectives. Data analysis revealed that all the hypotheses were confirmed which means that longitudinal courses held at the university were in line with strategic objectives of navy and also the extent of the impact of such courses on the determined indexes of strategic objectives of navy was specified.
