ارائه مدل تربیت و آموزش کارورزی( دریانوردی) دانشگاه علوم دریایی

این تحقیق یک مطالعه کیفی(مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته) بوده که با هدف طراحی مدل تربیت و آموزش کارورزی دریانوردی، صورت پذیرفته است. به این منظور، متخصصان علوم دریانوردی که کارورزی‌های دریانوردی را برای دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم دریایی در سه سال اخیر اجرا کرده‌اند، انتخاب شدند و از طریق نمونه‌گیری هدفمند افسران رشته تحصیلی ناوبری و فرماندهی کشتی، مدیریت و کمیسر دریایی، مهندسی مکانیک و برق(مهندسان فنی) به وسیله پرسشنامه باز پاسخ(مبتنی بر چشم انداز، ماموریت و اهداف دانشگاه‌های علوم دریانوردی) احصا و تحلیل محتوا شده است. سپس، از طریق گروه کانونی این متخصصان که مسوول تربیت و آموزش دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم دریایی نیز می‌باشند، شاخص‌های ارتقای آموزش در اجرای کارورزی دریانوردی مشخص شده‌ و اقدامات مدیریتی متناظر این شاخص‌ها تدوین گردیده‌اند. بر اساس مطالعات به عمل آمده از مدل‌های راهبردی آموزش و الگوهای تربیتی، همچنین، مولفه‌های مورد نظر متخصصان دریانوردی و تربیتی در پرسشنامه بازپاسخ، مدل مفهومی طراحی، که به منظور داشتن یک راهبرد مدون برای اجرای کارورزی، به دانشگاه‌های علوم دریایی پیشنهاد می‌گردد.

Model of educated and training Marine Sciences internship(Case Study: Marine Science University Internships)

Training different fields of science and technology in the high education system reflects the fact that in addition to theoretical training, practical training and skills are also taken into consideration. Job skills and educating professional and skillful staff are very important in marine science. This study’s qualitative and it has aimed to design a model for marine science internship education and training. In order to achieve this aim, the maritime experts who had executed the last three years internship of Imam Khomeini Maritime University, were selected. Using stratified sampling, these experts’ key beneficiaries’ expectations, including deck officers, ship management Marine logistics officers, mechanic engineering and electronic engineering (technical engineering) officers, were collected through open response questionnaire. In addition, the content was analyzed based on the vision, mission and goals of Imam Khomeini Maritime University. Then the indicators of promotion in marine science internship were specified through the focal group of these experts, who are in charge of education and training of Imam Khomeini Maritime University’s cadets. Also, the management practices associated with these indicators was developed. Based on studies on strategic training models, education patterns and the maritime and training experts’ desired components in the open response questionnaire, a conceptual model was designed and suggested to the Maritime University in order to possess a codified strategy of implanting marine science internship.
