بررسی نقشه راه مهارت‌آموزی کارکنان وظیفه در نیروهای مسلح

‌ ارتقای مهارت‌آموزی ، بهینه‌سازی خدمت و آمادگی برای به‌کارگیری موثر کارکنان وظیفه ماهر در یگان‌های مختلف نیروهای مسلح و فراهم نمودن شرایط لازم برای ورود به بازار کار و اشتغال پایدار پس از خدمت طرح مهارت آموزی در نیروهای مسلح در راستای نقشه جامع علمی دفاعی امنیتی است که به‌عنوان یک نقشه در جهت دستیابی به اقتدار علمی و پیشتازی، نیروی محرکه و مطالبه گر حرکت پرشتاب و جهش علمی، اقتدار و مرجعیت علمی کشور، مبتنی بر مبانی و الگوی اسلامی جمهوری اسلامی ایران است.در این تحقیق به دنبال بررسی راهی برای ارتقاءکیفیت مهارت آموزی کارکنان وظیفه در نیروهای مسلح بر اساس رویکردهای نوین مهارت آموزی هستیم. جامعه آماری تحقیق که در بازه انجام تحقیق دارای خصوصیات مشترک در حال خدمت بودن و طی دوره مهارت‌آموزی و اخذ گواهی شغلی هستند که تعداد آن‌ها 5000 نفر در نظر گرفته‌شده است که برابر جداول مورگان نمونه آماری 357 نفر در نظر گرفته شده است.که بصورت کیفی از مطالعه پیشنه تحقیق و نظرات خبرگان ابعاد مهارت آموزی شامل: مهارت فردی،مهارت فکری،مهارت تحصیلی،مهارت اجتماعی،مهارت فنی و مهارت آمادگی شغلی استخراج شده و با تهیه پرسشنامه به صورت کمی و استفاده از نرم افزار نرم افزار spss22 و smart pls3 مولفه‌های هرکدام مورد آزمون قرار گرفته است و در پایان الگوی مهارت آموزی برای کارکنان وظیفه در نیروهای مسلح ارائه شده است.

promotion of skill training, optimization of service and preparation for the effective employment of skilled duty workers in various units of the armed forces and providing the necessary conditions for entering the labor market and stable employment after the service of the skill training plan in the armed forces in line with the comprehensive defense scientific plan security, which as a plan to achieve scientific authority and leadership, the driving force and demand for rapid movement and scientific leap, the country’s scientific authority and authority, is based on the foundations and islamic model of the islamic republic of iran. in this research, we seek to examine a way to improve the quality of training of active duty employees in the armed forces, we are based on new approaches to training. the statistical population of the research, which has common characteristics during the period of conducting the research, are in the service and during the skill training course and obtaining a job certificate, and their number is considered to be 5000 people, which according to morgan’s tables, the statistical sample is considered to be 357 people, which is qualitative. from the study of the research background and experts’ opinions, the dimensions of skill training including: personal skills, intellectual skills, academic skills, social skills, technical skills and job preparation skills were extracted and by preparing a quantitative questionnaire and using spss22 and smart software. pls3, the components of each have been tested and at the end, the model of skill training for duty workers in the armed forces has been presented..
