تاثیر مداخلات آموزش آرگونومیکی برایمنی سلامت وبهره وری نیروی انسانی (مطالعه موردی: کارگران تخلیه وبارگیری بنادرشمال کشور)

آموزش انجام درست کار با دستگاهها در محیط کار از جمله عواملی است که میتواند بر عملکرد، بهره وری وسلامتی کارمندان تاثیربگذارد. لذا هدف این پژوهش، تاثیر مداخلات آموزش آرگونومیکی برایمنی سلامت وبهره وری کارگران تخلیه وبارگیری بنادرشمال کشوراست. تحقیق حاضر با توجه به هدف کاربردی و بر حسب گرداوری اطلاعات از نوع توصیفی است. جامعه ی آماری تحقیق کلیه ی کارگران تخلیه و بارگیری بنادر شمال کشور هستند که تعداد آنها 1100 نفر است. روش نمونه گیری در این تحقیق از نوع نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده است. جامعه ی آماری در تحقیق از نوع محدود است، بنابراین از فرمول کوکران جامعه ی محدود مقدار نمونه تخمین زده شد اعتبار آزمون با استفاده از روش آلفای کرونباخ 0.951 برآورد گردید.برای بررسی مدل های اندازه گیری از تحلیل عاملی تاییدی مرتبه ی اول و برای آزمون فرضیه های تحقیق هم از مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری و با کمک نرم افزارهای اس پی اس اس و لیزرل استفاده شده است.نتایج تحقیق گویای تاثیر آموزش مداخلات ارگونومیک بر ایمنی سلامت کارگران ، تاثیر مداخلات ارگونومیک بر بهره وری کارگران تخلیه و بارگیری،تاثیر ایمنی سلامت بر بهره وری کارگران و تاثیرمداخلات آموزش ارگونومیک از طریق ایمنی سلامت بر بهره وری کارگران تخلیه و بارگیری بنادر شمال کشوراست.

the effect of ergonomic educational interventions on health safety and human resource productivity (case study: discharging and loading workers in north ports of iran)

in industrial environments, despite the abundance of machinery and tools, workers are often exposed to a variety of hazards. with the advancement of technology and the increasing use of machines in production, the risks and the possibility of accidents in such environments increase. designing the work environment is one of the factors that can affect the feeling of comfort, performance, productivity and health of employees. the research is the impact of ergonomic interventions on the safety of health and productivity of workers unloading and loading ports in the north of the country. the present study is descriptive in terms of application and in terms of data collection. the statistical population of the study is all workers unloading and loading ports in the north of the country, which is 1491 people. the sampling method in this study is simple random sampling. the statistical population in the research is limited, so the sample size was estimated from the cochran’s formula of the limited population. structural factor analysis has been used to evaluate the measurement models of the first order confirmatory factor analysis and to test the research hypotheses. the impact of unloading and loading workers in the northern ports of the country, the impact of health safety on the productivity of workers unloading and loading ports in the north of the country, and the impact of ergonomic interventions through health safety on the productivity of workers unloading and loading ports in the north.
