ارتقاءمولفه فیزیکی توان رزمی نیروی دریایی ارتش جمهوری اسلامی ایران در برابر تهدیدهای نوپدید

برنامه‌ریزی هدفمند و تلاش سازنده برای تقویت توان رزمی، به‌عنوان رسالت اساسی فرماندهان در نیروهای نظامی قلمداد می‌شود. تحقیق حاضر تحت عنوان «ارتقاء توان رزمی نیروی دریایی ارتش جمهوری اسلامی ایران در برابر تهدیدهای نوپدید» از طریق بررسی و تحلیل چگونگی تاثیر ابعاد، مولفه‌ها و شاخص‌های تاثیرگذار بر «توان رزمی نیروی دریایی ارتش» در سه حوزه عوامل فیزیکی، عوامل غیر فیزیکی و عوامل برترساز قصد پاسخگویی به این سوال عمده تحقیق را دارد که: «چگونه می‌توان توان رزمی نیروی دریایی ارتش جمهوری اسلامی ایران در برابر تهدیدهای نوپدید را ارتقاء بخشید؟». که برای دست‌یابی به این هدف، نوع تحقیق کاربردی، روش تحقیق توصیفی و رویکرد آن آمیخته انتخاب شده است. جامعه نمونه این تحقیق از یک جامعه 9 نفره خبرگی برای انجام مصاحبه و یک جامعه 70 نفری کارشناسی برای پاسخگویی به سوالات پرسش‌نامه، تشکیل شده است. جمع‌آوری اطلاعات و داده‌ها به روش کتابخانه‌ای و میدانی انجام شده است. تجزیه‌وتحلیل کلی تحقیق به دو روش تحلیل کیفی و کمّی با رویکردی آمیخته انجام گردید. تحلیل کیفی اطلاعات جمع‌آوری‌شده تحقیق منجر به احصاءِ راه‌کارهای پیشنهادی برای ارتقاء عوامل فیزیکی توان رزمی نداجا در برابر تهدیدهای نوپدید و تحلیل کمّیِ حاصل از آمار توصیفی، منجر به ارزش‌گذاری و رتبه‌بندی هر یک از راه‌کارهای پیشنهادی با توجه به پاسخ جامعه آماری نیز گردید.

improving the physical component of the combat power of the islamic republic of iran navy against emerging threats

targeted planning and constructive efforts to strengthen combat power are considered as the basic mission of commanders in the military forces. the present research under the title &improving the combat capability of the islamic republic of iran navy against emerging threats& through the investigation and analysis of how the dimensions, components and indicators influencing the &combat capability of the navy& in three areas of physical factors, non physical factors and the improvement factors intend to answer this major research question: &how can the combat power of the islamic republic of iran navy be improved against emerging threats?&. in order to achieve this goal, the type of applied research, the descriptive research method and its mixed approach have been selected. the sample community of this research consists of a community of 9 experts to conduct interviews and a community of 70 experts to answer the questions of the questionnaire. information and data collection has been done by library and field method. the general analysis of the research was done using two methods of qualitative and quantitative analysis with a mixed approach. qualitative analysis of the information collected in the research led to the statistics of the proposed solutions to improve the fighting power of nadaja against emerging threats and the quantitative analysis of the descriptive statistics led to the valuation and ranking of each of the proposed solutions according to the response of the statistical community.
