ارزشیابی مطلوبیت دوره مهارت‌افزایی رزم در برف (مطالعه موردی: فراگیران یک مرکز آموزشی نظامی)

مقاله حاضر با هدف «ارزشیابی مطلوبیت دوره مهارت‌افزایی رزم در برف در توسعه پرورش نظامی دانشجویان» انجام شد. در همین راستا یک سوال اصلی و شش سوال فرعی طرح شد. این پژوهشِ کاربردی، به روش توصیفی-پیمایشی و مقطعی انجام گردید. جامعۀ پژوهش، شامل چهار گروه از ذی‌نفعان اصلی دوره مهارت‌افزایی رزم در برف سال 1400 شامل (1)فرمانده/جانشین دوره، (2) ارکان و افسران رابط هوایی و نیز (3)فرماندهان گردان‌ و گروهان‌های فراگیران و نیز (4)دانشجویان یک مرکز آموزش نظامی است که در زمستان 1400، به این دوره مهارت‌افزای اعزام شدند. جامعه نمونه بر اساس فرمول کوکران انتخاب گردید. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها، پرسشنامۀ محقق‌ساخته است که روایی آن با استفاده از نظر خبرگان و پایایی آن با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ، مطلوب ارزیابی شد. تعداد 385 پرسشنامه تکمیل گردید. برای برازش مدل از lisrel و برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از spss استفاده شد. رتبه‌بندی ابعاد و سنجه‌ها بر اساس آزمون فریدمن انجام شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که مطلوبیت بُعد آموزش‌های اختصاصی دوره مهارت‌افزایی رزم در برف (با میانگین حسابی 4.16)، دارای بالاترین رتبه است. در این میان سنجه‌هایی تخصصی در زمینه ارتقای اعتمادبنفس وخودباوری (4.10)، روحیۀ تاب‌آوری (با میانگین 4.07)، و راهبردهای فرهنگی-تربیتی (3.92) دارای وضعیت «مطلوبی» هستند. فعالیت‌های آماد و پشتیبانی (با میانگین 3.62)، دارای پایین‌ترین رتبه و در وضعیت «نسبتاً مطلوب» ارزیابی شد.

evaluating the desirability of the snow combat skills training course (case study: students of a military training center)

the present article was carried out with the aim of evaluating the desirability of the snow combat skills training course in the development of training of military students. this applied research was carried out using a descriptive-survey and cross-sectional method. the research community includes all the beneficiaries of the snow warfare that they were sent to this skill-building course. the sample population was selected based on cochran’s formula and randomly stratified. the data collection tool is a researcher-made questionnaire, the validity of which was evaluated using experts’ opinions and its reliability using cronbach’s alpha coefficient. 385 questionnaires were completed. lisrel was used to fit the model and spss was used to analyze the data. rating of dimensions and indicators was done based on friedman’s test. the results of the research show that the desirability of the specific trainings of the snow fighting skill training course (with a mean of 4.16) has the highest rating. among these, specialized indicators in the field of improving self-confidence and self-belief (4.10), spirit of resilience (4.07), and cultural-educational strategies (3.92) have a favorable status. logistics activities (3.62) were evaluated as having the lowest rank and in relatively favorable status.
