بایسته های رفتاری مدیران در طراز نظام اسلامی از دیدگاه مقام معظم رهبری(مدظله العالی)

رفتار و منش مدیران در نظام، یکی از مسایل مهمی است که همواره دغدغه ایشان و مورد تاکید معظم له قرار دارد. پژوهش در سیره نظری و عملی ایشان به عنوان الگویی جامع از یک رهبر دینی موفق می‌تواند گامی مهم برای اصلاح روش و سبک مدیریت، مدیران بر اساس معیارهای نظام اسلامی باشد. این پژوهش تلاش کرده است تا بایسته های رفتاری برای مدیران، در طراز نظام اسلامی مبتنی بر دیدگاه و فرمایشات ایشان تبیین نماید. پژوهش حاضر، از لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از لحاظ روش توصیفی و به صورت آمیخته انجام شده است. در این پژوهش در ابتدا با رویکرد کیفی و با استفاده از روش تحلیل مضمون و بکارگیری نرم‌افزار maxqda مولفه ها استخراج و کدگذاری گردید و سپس با رویکرد کمی به تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از روش مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری پرداخته شده است. به همین منظور، از میان مجموعه بیانات معظم له از سال 1368 تا خرداد 1402 تعداد 599 سخنرانی که با هدف بیان بایسته های رفتاری مدیران بوده انتخاب گشته، و همچنین با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه بندی شده تعداد 222 نفر از نخبگان، مدیران و متخصصان فعال در حوزه مطالعات آثار مقام معظم رهبری انتخاب گردیدند و پس از توزیع پرسشنامه و بررسی در پایان پژوهش، بایسته های رفتاری مدیران به ترتیب رفتار جهادی با میانگین 4.28 ،تحولگرا با میانگین 3.88، آراستگی به فضایل اخلاقی با میانگین 3.09، مقتدر با میانگین 3.01، ساده زیستی با میانگین 2.96، مسئولیت پذیری با میانگین 2.88، قانون گرایی با میانگین 2.84، آزاداندیشی با میانگین 2.81 و مردمی بودن با میانگین 2.69 مشخص گردید.

the behavior and character of managers in the system is one of the important issues that are always their concern and emphasized by his holiness. researching his theoretical and practical life as a comprehensive model of a successful religious leader can be an important step for reforming the management method and style of managers based on the criteria of the islamic system. this research has tried to explain the behavioral requirements for managers in the style of the islamic system based on their views and orders. the current research has been conducted in a mixed way in terms of applied purpose and in terms of descriptive method. in this research, at first, the components were extracted and coded with a qualitative approach using thematic analysis method and using maxqda software, and then with a quantitative approach, data analysis was done using the structural equation modeling method. for this purpose, 599 speeches were selected from the collection of his holiness’s statements from 1368 to june 1402, which aimed to express the behavioral requirements of managers, and also by using the stratified random sampling method, the number of 222 elites, managers and experts active in the field of studies of the supreme leader’s works were selected and after the distribution of the questionnaire and examination at the end of the research, the behavioral requirements of managers were in the order of jihadist behavior with an average of 4.28, transformational behavior with an average of 3.88, adornment with moral virtues with an average of 3.09, powerful with an average of 3.01, simple living with an average of 2.96, responsibility with an average of 2.88, legalism with an average of 2.84, free-thinking with an average of 2.81, and being popular with an average of 2.69. became
