تبیین اندیشه مقام معظم رهبری (مدظله‌العالی) مبنی بر احیای تمدن دریایی جمهوری اسلامی ایران

دریا و برخوردار بودن از ساحل برای هر کشور یک فرصت بزرگ برای پیشرفت و حفظ منافع ملی محسوب می‌گردد و منافع حاصل از دسترسی به دریا برای یک کشور و یک ملت، موضوعی راهبردی و همراه با فواید بزرگ و کلان است. ایران با برخورداری از موقعیتی ممتاز در منطقه و بهره‌گیری از دریاهای شمال و جنوب در گذشته‌های دور از نیروی دریایی مقتدری برخوردار بوده است، اما در طی سالیان متمادی در طی قرن‌های گذشته به دلایل متعددی نتوانسته است نقش یک نیروی بحری را بازی نماید.اهمیت توجه به دریا تا آنجاست که مقام معظم رهبری (مدظله‌العالی) طی سال‌های گذشته از اهمیت افزون بر قبل ظرفیت استراتژیک دریا به ویژه آب‌های آزاد در پیشرفت، توسعه و البته توان دفاعی کشور سخن به میان آوردند و جمهوری اسلامی ایران نیز با فرمان فرمانده معظم کل قوا (مدظله‌العالی) نگاه خود را از دریاهای خانگی که همان خلیج فارس و دریای عمان باشد، به دوردست برده که این نشان دهنده حضور جمهوری اسلامی ایران در ایفای نقش بین‌المللی است. لذا به‌منظور تامین امنیت و همچنین دفاع از منافع ملی جمهوری اسلامی ایران در آب‌های آزاد نیازمند بهره‌برداری مناسب از دریا در همه ابعاد نظامی، سیاسی، اقتصادی، فرهنگی و... می‌باشد. این تحقیق از نوع بنیادین و با رویکرد کیفی و با استفاده از روش توصیفی- تحلیلی و با بکارگیری ابزار تحلیل داده بنیاد انجام شده است. بر طبق نتایج تحقیق، عوامل پنجگانه اندیشه مقام معظم رهبری (مدظله‌العالی) مبنی بر احیا تمدن دریایی جمهوری اسلامی ایران برابر الگوی پارادایمیک تحلیل داده بنیاد استخراج گردید.

the sea and having a coast is a great opportunity for every country to progress and maintain national interests, and the benefits of access to the sea for a country and a nation is a strategic issue with great benefits. having a privileged position in the region and using the north and south seas, iran has had a powerful navy in the distant past, but for many years in the past centuries, it has not been able to play the role of a navy for many reasons.the importance of paying attention to the sea is to the extent that the supreme leader (madazla al-ali) during the past years spoke about the importance of the strategic capacity of the sea, especially the open waters, in the progress, development and of course the defense power of the country. all the powers (madazla-ul-ali) have looked far away from their domestic seas, which are the persian gulf and the sea of oman, which shows the presence of the islamic republic of iran in playing an international role. therefore, in order to ensure security and also defend the national interests of the islamic republic of iran in the open waters, it is necessary to use the sea properly in all aspects of military, political, economic, cultural, etc.this research is of a fundamental type, with a qualitative approach, using a descriptive-analytical method, and using the foundation’s data analysis tool. according to the results of the research, the five factors of the supreme leader’s (madazlah al-ali) thought of reviving the maritime civilization of the islamic republic of iran were extracted according to the paradigmatic model of the foundation’s data analysis.
