ارزیابی شایستگی‌های عمومی دانشجویان مقطع دکتری دانشگاه علامه طباطبایی

تحقیق حاضر با هدف ارزیابی شایستگی‎های عمومی دانشجویان مقطع دکتری دانشگاه علامه طباطبایی انجام شده‎است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش توصیفی-پیمایشی، شامل کلیه دانشجویان مقطع دکتری ورودی 1397 دانشکده روانشناسی و علوم تربیتی دانشگاه علامه طباطبایی بودندکه تعداد80نفر از دانشجویان به عنوان حجم نمونه با استفاده از نمونه‌گیری تصادفی خوشه‌ایی و جدول کوکران انتخاب شد. به منظور جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه ارزیابی شایستگی‎های عمومی دانشجویان توسط جکسون و چامپن، 2011 استفاده شد. روایی صوری و محتوایی پرسشنامه، از طریق نظرات متخصصان دانشگاهی و پایایی آن با آلفای کرونباخ 97% تایید شد. از آزمونهای مختلف پارامتریک tتک نمونه ایی،آزمون فریدمن و...برای تحلیل داده‌ها استفاده شد. یافته‌ها نشان که دانشجویان شایستگی‌های عمومی خود را بالاتر از حد متوسط ارزیابی می‌کنند. همچنین آنها به ترتیب بالاترین و پایین‌ترین میزان اولویت خود را در برخورداری از بین شایستگی‌هایی عمومی رشته تحصیلی خود به دو حوزه اخلاق کاری و خودآگاهی و اصول کسب و کار و انضباط فردی درنظر می‌گیرند. تفاوت معناداری بین میزان مهارتهای عمومی رشته تحصیلی دانشجویان بر اساس متغیرهای جمعیت شناختی جنسیت و رشته تحصیلی وجود نداشت.یافته‌های تحقیق به مدیران دانشگاهی توصیه می‌کند که استفاده از شایستگی‌های عمومی دانشجویان را در همکاری با اساتید و سایر دانشجویان و دانشگاه برنامه‌ریزی نمایند.

evaluation of general competencies of doctoral students of allameh tabatabai university.

the aim of this study was to evaluate the general competencies of doctoral students at allameh tabatabai university. the statistical population of this descriptive-survey study included all incoming phd students of the faculty of psychology and educational sciences of allameh tabatabaei university in 1397. 80 students were selected as the sample size using cluster random sampling and cochran table. in order to collect data, jackson and champan, 2011 student general competence assessment questionnaire was used. the face and content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by the opinions of academic experts and its reliability was confirmed by cronbach’s alpha of 97%. different one-sample t-test, friedman test, etc. were used to analyze the data. findings show that students rate their general competencies above average. they also consider the highest and lowest levels of their priority in having among the general competencies of their field of study to the two areas of work ethic and self-awareness and business principles and personal discipline. there was no significant difference between the general skills of students in the field of study based on demographic variables of gender and field of study. the research findings advise university administrators to plan the use of students’ general competencies in collaboration with faculty and other students and the university
