آموزه‌ای بر چگونگی توسعه سرمایه‌های انسانی نیروی دریایی ارتش جمهوری اسلامی ایران برای انجام ماموریت‌های دوردست

یکی از مباحث بسیار مهم در دهه اخیر جهان، موضوع سرمایه انسانی است. کارکنان توانمند باعث افزایش تولید و رشد اقتصادی کشورها می‌گردند. کارکنان ارزشمندترین دارایی سازمان‌ها میباشند. نیروی دریایی ارتش جمهوری اسلامی ایران برای حضور در ماموریت‌های راهبردی نیازمند سرمایه‌های انسانی توسعه‌یافته است. امروزه جایگاه و اهمیت آموزش در منابع انسانی و توسعه آن، مدار و محور تمام تحولات فکری و رشد و ارتقای کیفیت فعالیت انسانی را در برگرفته است. این نکته، فرآیندی است که باتوجه به اهمیت آن تمام مسائل مربوط با جهان مدرن را در ابعاد گوناگون زیر پوشش خود قرار داده است. شرایط سخت دریانوردی در آب‌های دوردست و طولانی، ضعف عوامل انگیزشی به‌خصوص در آموزش دوره‌های طولی و عرضی عناصر فراده و فراگیر، نارسائی در مهارت‌های سازمانی سرمایه‌های انسانی، مشکلات رفتاری فردی، گروهی و سازمانی خدمت در یگان‌های شناور، عدم تناسب توانایی‌های فیزیکی و روانی کارکنان با ویژگی‌های شغلی از موضوعاتی هستند که در توسعه سرمایه‌های انسانی نیروی دریایی ارتش جمهوری اسلامی ایران ایجاد محدودیت می‌نمایند؛ بنابراین هدف اصلی این پژوهش درخصوص این مقوله تمرکز دارد که تاثیر آموزش در توسعه سرمایه‌های انسانی نیروی دریایی ارتش جمهوری اسلامی ایران برای انجام ماموریت‌های دوردست به چه نحو می‌باشد و چگونه قابلیت ارتقاء دارد.

one of the most important issues in the last decade of the world is the issue of human capital. capable employees increase production and economic growth of countries. employees are the most valuable assets of organizations. the navy of the islamic republic of iran needs developed human resources to participate in strategic missions. today, the position and importance of education in human resources and its development is the center of all intellectual developments and the growth and improvement of the quality of human activity. this point is a process that, due to its importance, has covered all the issues related to the modern world in various dimensions.the harsh conditions of seafaring in distant and long waters, the weakness of motivational factors, especially in the training of longitudinal and transverse courses of broad and comprehensive elements, inadequacy in the organizational skills of human capital, individual, group and organizational behavioral problems of serving in floating units, the incompatibility of the physical and mental abilities of employees with job characteristics are some of the issues that create limitations in the development of human capital of the navy of the islamic republic of iran; therefore, the main goal of this research focuses on this topic, what is the effect of training in the development of human resources of the islamic republic of iran’s navy to carry out distant missions and how can it be improved.
