واکاوی عوامل موثر بر برنامه آموزشی دانشگاه های نسل چهارم در ایران با رویکرد فراترکیب

پژوهش حاضر با هدف واکاوی عوامل موثر بر برنامه آموزشی دانشگاه های نسل چهارم در ایران با رویکرد فراترکیب بوده است. روش پژوهش تحلیل گفتمان و از نظر هدف کاربردی است. مشارکت‎کنندگان پژوهش شامل صاحب‎نظران در زمینه کارآفرینی دانشگاهی و اساتید دانشگاهی در کشور بوده است. برای انجام مصاحبه و کسب اطلاعات لازم در ارتباط با موضوع تحقیق تعداد 17 نفر به شکل کاملاً غیراحتمالی و با بهره‎گیری از تکنیک‌های هدفمند نظری انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری اطلاعات از مصاحبه‌های نیمه ساختار یافته استفاده شد. عوامل شناسایی شده در قالب 237 عبارت معنایی و 24 کد باز بدون تکرار و 7 کد محوری درج و برای اولویت بندی کدها استفاده و به منظور سنجش پایایی و کنترل کیفیت مطالعه حاضر از روش کاپا استفاده شد. ضریب کاپا محاسبه شده بوسیله نرم افزار spss نسخه 25 برابر با 751/0 بوده که در سطح توافق عالی قرار گرفته است. نتایج نشان داد که عوامل موثر بر برنامه آموزشی دانشگاه‎های نسل چهارم شامل؛ رویکرد آموزشی مبتنی بر آموزش همتایان، آموزش مبتنی بر عمل، تسهیل فرصت‎های شبیه‎سازی شده، توجه به روش‎های یادگیری گروهی، یادگیری خود هدایت شده، فعالیت‎های مبتنی بر یادگیری اکتشافی و روش‎های نوین تدریس بود.

the purpose of this study was to investigate the effective factors on the educational program of fourth - generation universities in iran with meta-synthetizing approach.the research method is qualitative content analysis and applied purpose. research participants included scholars on academic entrepreneurship and academic professors in the country. to carry out the interview and obtaining the necessary information on the issue of research, 17 people were completely inaccurate and using theoretical targeted techniques. for data collection, semi-structured interviews were used. the identified factors in the form of 237 semantic expressions and 24 open codes were inserted and 7 axial codes were used and the kappa method was used to measure the reliability and quality control of the present study. the kappa coefficient calculated by spss software is 25 times 0.772, which is at the level of excellent agreement. the results showed that factors affecting the fourth-generation universities program included; the educational approach based on counterparts, practical training, facilitating simulated opportunities, attention to group learning methods, self-directed learning, exploratory learning activities, and new methods of teaching was.
