مطالعه تطبیقی فرارسی فناورانه صنایع دریایی بخش دفاع با کشورهای منتخب

فرارسی فناورانه به معنی کاهش فاصله درآمد سرانه (فرارسی اقتصادی) و توانمندی‌های فناورانه (فرارسی فناورانه) بین کشورهای در حال توسعه با کشورهای پیشرو است. صنعت دفاعی کشور طی فرآگرد فرارسی فناورانه، توانمندی‌های فناورانه مورد نیاز بخش‌های مختلف خود را توسعه داده است که در نتیجه منجر به کاهش شکاف فناورانه موجود و افزایش توان رقابتی کشور در حوزه دفاعی شده است. صنایع دریایی ایران از مهم‌ترین بخش‌های دفاعی به‌حساب می‌آیند و تقویت و مجهز نمودن تجهیزات آن‌ها باعث اقتدار دفاعی کشور می‌شود. باوجود تحریم-های موجود، صنعت دریایی توانسته است تجهیزات موردنیاز خود را برابر با فناوری‌های روز دنیا تولید نماید. در این امتداد، پژوهش حاضر به دنبال مقایسه تطبیقی فرارسی فناورانه صنایع دریایی بخش دفاع با کشورهای منتخب (ژاپن، کره جنوبی، چین، ترکیه و برزیل) می‌باشد. رویکرد پژوهش، استقرایی و نحوه انجام آن، کیفی بوده و بر اساس تئوری داده بنیاد، ابعاد فرارسی فناورانه در صنایع دریایی استخراج و با کشورهای منتخب مقایسه گردید و در پایان پیشنهادهای سیاستی مرتبط ارائه گردیده است.

a comparative study of technological catch up of marine industries of the defense sector with selected countries

technological catch up means reducing the gap between per capita income (economic convergence) and technological capabilities (technological convergence) between developing countries and leading countries. the country’s defense industry has developed the technological capabilities required by its various sectors during the technological catch up process, which has resulted in reducing the existing technological gap and increasing the country’s competitive power in the field of defense. iran’s marine industries are considered as one of the most important defense sectors, and strengthening and equipping their equipment increases the country’s defense authority. despite the existing sanctions, the marine industry has been able to produce the equipment it needs in line with the world’s current technologies. in this regard, the current research is looking for a comparative comparison of the technological catch up of the maritime industries of the defense sector with selected countries (japan, south korea, china, turkey and brazil). the approach of the research is inductive and the method of doing it is qualitative and based on the data theory of the foundation, the technological catch up dimensions of the maritime industries were extracted and compared with the selected countries and at the end the related policy proposals were presented.
