تدوین برنامه‌های راهبردی توسعه ورزش‌های قهرمانی در دانشگاه علوم دریایی امام خمینی (ره) نوشهر

هدف از پژوهش حاضر تدوین برنامه راهبردی توسعه ورزش‌های قهرمانی در دانشگاه  علوم دریایی  امام خمینی (ره)  نوشهر بود. این پژوهش به لحاظ هدف، از نوع تحقیقات کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت، از نوع توصیفی پیمایشی است و به لحاظ روش گردآوری داده‌ها، از نوع تحقیقات پیمایشی به ‌شمار می‌آید. ابزار اندازه‌گیری این پژوهش از طریق مطالعه اسناد و مدارک و مصاحبه با خبرگان بود که با روش نمونه‌گیری قضاوتی، انتخاب و شیوه تعیین حجم نمونه از طریق اشباع داده‌ به تعداد بود. نتایج تحقیق، فرصت ها ، قوت ها ، ضعف ها و تهدیدات حوزه ورزش قهرمانی را در دانشگاه علوم دریایی امام خمینی (ره) نوشهر نشان داده است.

developing strategic plans for the development of championship sports at imam khomeini university of marine sciences, nowshahr

the aim of the current research was to present the development model of championship and general sports in the sports of imam khomeini naval sciences officer university (ra) nowshahr based on swot matrix. this research is an applied research in terms of its purpose, descriptive correlation in terms of its nature, and a survey research in terms of data collection method. the measurement tools of this research are two questionnaires. personal profile questionnaire and questionnaire to determine the impact of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in the field of student sports were used in this research. the data required for the research have been collected using stratified random method. the statistical population of this research, based on the statistics obtained from nowshahr university of marine sciences, was formed by 88 managers, heads of departments, and heads of committees of all disciplines who compete at the championship and general level in the sports of students of the university of marine sciences. there were 22 managers and commanders, 22 unit support deputies, 22 physical training staff and 22 physical training experts, heads of sports committees, sports trainers and physical training professors.
